Called me asking for someone else. Calls at least 3 times a week. Does not understand. "You have the wrong number, quit calling me"

tion! i do not answer the phone till i get your number first and then the decision is made to call trace your number! and then i say no i wont answer this or call it back you a** hole go kiss yours!

Representative called asking for a person that did not live at my residence but was my girlfriend.  Said they were with Mazda Credit and wanted me to have her call 800-727-3000 regarding Mazda Account.  This same representative called my girlfriends work number and asked for personal information such as ssn, home address etc.

FORD CREDIT! even after they got their money they still call and hassle me, there is also 2 more numbers they use all begining with 615-315

i have my phone set with with a special ring tone so i dont even hafta look at the phone. i advise you all to do the same, they wont stop calling ever...

Called my office and left a voice-mail. Indian guy...couldn't understand a word he said. Told me to call back:

I got a call on a Friday from the number (615) 315-2669 to my cellphone but they didn't leave a message. The next morning I got a call at 8:00 am... still no message.  So I called them (because I wondered who would call at 8:00 am on a Saturday morning?).

They said they were calling about my Ford Mustang and I was delinquent on the payment and had an immediate balance due of $2400.00 (which matched the amount owing on the car). However, I knew that I was not delinquent in my payments and the next payment wasn't due for 3 weeks. They were totally rude, threatening, and treating me with disrespect. They asked me to verify my address... which I didn't do. Since Ford has my address and sends me a bill every month.

I asked them not to call me and that I would deal directly with Ford.  They told me they were Ford (lie).

They called me a total of 6 times over the weekend and again early Monday morning.

As soon as Ford Customer Service was open on Monday I called them and they told me that I could just continue to make my payments as I had been doing... and that the collection agency was trying to get me to make the final balloon payment (so they could get their percentage).

Too bad Ford isn't aware of how their customers are being mistreated by this agency.

Call daily.  Sometimes I answer, sometimes I dont.  When I do answer they ask from someone I have never heard of.  Ask them to take me off of their calling list but they continue to call.  Both of my cars have been paid off for years so I'm guessing someone fat fingered on a credit app or something.

They call my cell phone 5 times a day. they called my work last week.  I can not take personal phone calls at work, so this became a VERY big deal for me. I was only 10days late paying my car payment because some college bills came up that my grant wouldnt pay for. Its been paid now and they STILL keep calling.

I suggest, if they want to continue getting payments, they should stop calling my work.

I have Volvo Financing..but apparently this company is hired by the group of car dealers. Its sad they probably have no idea their customers are getting treated this way.

FMCC must NOT be aware of how many organizations have DUMPED Myers & Porter because of their incompetence. It won't be long until Ford Credit is yet another name on the long list of Myers & Porters FORMER clients.

Massive Identity Fraud Alleged Bloomberg News
September 18 2004

A former employee of a company that helps banks and other businesses access consumer credit data stole credit histories of thousands of people in what may be the largest identity fraud ever, prosecutors said.

More than 30,000 people in the United States with credit data on file at Experian Corp., Equifax Inc. and TransUnion were victims of a three-year scheme by Philip Cummings, who worked on the help desk at Telecommunications Data Inc. and had access to client passwords, authorities said. The company can download consumer credit histories, prosecutors said.

Using access codes belonging to Ford Motor Co.'s credit arm, Cummings downloaded 15,000 credit reports, prosecutors said. Criminals who obtained the stolen credit reports used them to take out loans in the names of the victims, buy merchandise, deplete bank accounts and order credit cards, authorities said.
