Just got a call on my business line from Kristin, she hung up without a word and I thought with it being a landscaping customer either I had made a mistake or we somehow got disconnected. When I called her back I asked her If she had called and she said "It was a wrong number". I started to tell her i was sorry for bothering her but wanted to make sure she didn't need anything and she then hung up on me again. I understand being busy and making mistakes in dialing numbers all day however, to hang up on me after being so rude is no way to conduct business. We are not currently a customer but are taking bids. At this point I would advise anyone I spoke to not to use Southern lawn and Landscaping because the receptionist has no customer service skills. She called an apartment complex. As you know they have sister properties, as well as a management company with lots of other buildings. One person tells ten and so on... I will tell more than ten
