If you call 1-800-342-8237 and say customer service tell them your number and do not call you with any promotions or offers. If you are a customer of the Tennessean and you have not paid your bill then get over it and pay your past balance.

Yes you will have to take care of it. Do not call list does not stop numbers that were on active accounts even if the number is transferred to a new owner. Loop holes in every law.

Got this call on my office phone today - CID read "New Subscription" and the number "6156200301".  No message was left, and when I called back, the voicemail said something along the lines of "the subscriber has not signed up for this service, so your call will be ended".

call twice a day.  No one on the other end.

This is the Tennessean newspaper subscription telemarketing number.  They have constantly harassed me since I cancelled my subscription over six months ago for bad delivery service.  I have repeatedly instructed them to quit calling me however the constant badgering continues.  The newspaper industry is desperately struggling to keep subscribers.  This kind of solicitation just angers people and creates a bigger problem for them. Newspapers have been slow to adopt digital formats and are now attempting to charge for online subscriptions in addition to the ads we have to endure.  A sad state of affairs.

Just like you I get these harassing calls several times a day. I google the number and find out that it is the Tennessean. To whom I do not, nor have ever subscribed to, and not want to subscribe to. To me these are harassing calls that waste my time and my minutes. Bother me at work and at home. Personally I am sick and tired of them, So I intend to put a complete stop to it as soon as their business hours resume. I can't wait!!! So if you have the nerve to tell them the same thing that I intend on telling them then you should call them. They are a reputable company and I am sure that they do not want the police involved for harassing me every single day. I will not keep putting up with this anymore. I will get others involved in their harassment if they continue to call me after I speak to one of their so called customer service employees. I had a missed call from this number and every time I try to call back I always get a busy signal.

This number keeps calling my cell phone, STOP calling me, it calls all the time and its very annoying, i dont answer numbers that i dont know...and if i wanted you calling me i would had given you my number....

Who is this, and how can I stop them from calling me? I keep getting calls from them. They never leave a message; it's just silence for a few seconds. It's at the point of harassment. I'm already on the do not call list.

I too want to say that I got a call from this number.  They left a blank message when I phoned back it was always busy until later in the evening, then it just automatically hangs up no one even picks it up......strange, but at least I am not the only person in this boat

Received a call from this number. Answered, and they claimed to be the Leaf-Chronicle. Hung up.

I have received calls every week day for 2 weeks and no one answers and then when I have tried to call it back no one answers and it does not say what company it is with.  The calls are coming to my cell phone, is there any way to stop these calls?

I keep getting phone calls on my cell phone from 615-620-0301. I don't have time to answer my phone since I work the child abuse hotline. I have not given my phone number out to anyone other than family and work. I have a dying mother who has hospice in the home, a very sick husband, a grandson that lives with me and a sick son. I keep my phone next to me in case I get a call from any of them. I do not need to be bothered by any one who is calling to sell me something. Quit bothering me with stupid things.

This is the THIRD TIME I've asked them directly to not call, on top of being on the do not call registry.

I looked this number up, after getting calls from it, & it said it was a cell phone. I tried calling it, & it was busy. I tried texting it, & it came back, & said invalid number. =/

Like all telemarketers, they aren't allowed to leave voice messages, Put your number on the do not call list...when you get a phone call from one of these numbers, if you just pick up the phone and tell them that you aren't interested, they will leave you alone...the more you don't pick up, your number will get placed into a computer system and it will be called back...its pretty logical.
