Got a call at 6:30am from this number. Tried to call back to tell them off, but number didn't work.

Just had this happen to me. When I returned the call it said not in service.

weekly calls. Usualy long wait for recorded message to start. No return number in service.

I just noticed my Iphone has a block feature.
How to Block a Call on Your IPone:
Pull up the # in the Recent Calls screen
Hit the "i" button to the right
This will let you create a contact, or - go all the way to the bottom - hit "Block this Caller". You just hit that button (you don't have to make it a Contact). If you change your mind or make an error, the button turns into "Unblock this Caller" .

recieved call...no message left.... cannot call number back.
