Calls opver and over threatening family/etc.. what is this bullcrap! someone stop this crap!

relax.. are you really so badly hurt that you want regulation.. ?  I think you are being a little over the top about a phone call in this 21st century.. where morons provide all their info via social networking sites and use the stupid response.. "I'm not doing anything wrong, so why should I be worried?"

this is just spam and apart from cause you to spend a few monets dismissing it.. you don't need to be dramatic about it.. !!!!

keep getting calls from this number after midnight and when call back no service who is this calling me?

got a call just now from this number. didn't answer it. no message left.

how weird my wife called me from india, and I am in USA and the first time she called it came up on my as as 615-724-7999, it didnt work on either side so she tried again and the second time it came on my caller as her own number. so something screwy with the phone companies and this number.

I just received a call from this number, it showed as unavailable and no message was left. I've read the blogs indicating the call is Skype while others indicate it is a scam.
You're probably both right.

If Skype does not provide a real number why wouldn't scammers not use it? It's perfect for them.

I for one am not answering the phone. If it's somebody I know, they can leave a message and I'll gladly call then back.

Received two calls this evening (6/22) from this number on my cell phone -- first one at 11:12 p.m. and second one at 11:13 p.m. -- I didn't hear it ring so didn't answer but "googled" the number later as I didn't recognize it when I saw missed message on screen. No message was left on voice mail.

Something needs to be done about these callers ! I'm on the no call list, what's the deal?

In two weeks, I received four calls from this number around 5 and 6 AM. I did not answer, but it bothers me that someone harrassing me and waking me up when I go to bed already very very late

It's just a call from someone using Skype. Not to worry. I used it to find my cell phone awhile ago. Just because you don't understand something doesn't make it evil. I don't understand quarks, but I don't think it's an evil scam plot. Of some scammers are using Skype to do illegal things, but you have to be smart enough not to give out personal information on the phone. That's not Sykpe's fault; it's yours if you believe everything you hear from a stranger on the phone. Get over it.

BTW, I did call back.  A recording comes on saying it's not a working number.....I guess the same can be said about this person's head.  Guess that's how some poor slobs get their jollies. C'est la vie!

Who is the coward who lurks behind these calls?  Did they have to crawl back under their rock rather than speak with the real person on the other end?  Please go see a shrink.  Did your parents beat and/or abuse you as a child?  Must have! I pray you find your way to being a real human being...and not afraid of humanity.  Speak up please.

Got a call from this number at 7:50 AM.
I didn't answer and they did not leave a message.
They called my private cell number so I don't use my minutes until I'm sure who it is.

We receive at least 5 calls aday from 6157247999.  We are a business.  He is a foreign speaking person.  Does anyone else get these calls.  He claims he works for AT & T.  I have today reported this to AT & T.   Bad experience with AT & T if it is actually AT & T representatives.  If I want something from AT & T I will call them.

Received call from this number.  It was my stepson who is stationed in Iraq.  You never know who is calling from some of these numbers.

got a call from this very number claiming to be something like the United Legal Department.  addressed me by name and then asked me if i was friends with *withheld name*.  i said yes and he proceeded to tell me his name was Kevin Rogers (but he had a very thick foreign accent) and that my friend had failed to pay back a payday loan and he was threatening a lawsuit.  the first time i talked to him, i hung up on him.  talked to my friend that afternoon and she confirmed that she was getting the same phone calls but said she applied but never received a payday loan.  we both acknowledged it was probably a scam, especially since i was present when my friend applied for the online loan.  i gave my HOME number as a reference, not my cell number, which is what the man called.

the next day, got a call from a different number but the same individual spoke on the phone.  i told him that i recognized him and that i knew it was a scam.  told him that he had been reported to the proper authorities.  he proceeded to threaten to have people come to my house and haul me off to jail.  i told him to bring it on because he couldn't do that legally anyway.  he then called me a mother-f-er.  

i filed a complained with the better business bureau and the federal trade commission.  hopefully, they'll catch these people.

No message, but called at 2:35 AM. Not cool.

05-02-10 got a call from this number @ 8 am Sunday  did not leave a message and when I called back got a rechording that said that " Massage g822 the u.s. celluar number you are tring to reach is no longer in service" . WTF ! If its not in service how does the number come up on caller i.d.

I am on the no call list for my cellular phone, and this number has called my cell phone at 6:24 AM! in the morning!!!! left no message.  

Yes I would like this number fined for calling me on my cellular phone that is listed as a no call number

i received a call today(615-724-7999)  04/15/2010 caller wanted for me to get him 10 contacts that would speak mainly spanish..and i would win some appliances for my house, caller also mentioned that she was calling from Univision, a spanish language network channel, i  gave a little info for a few of my friends when call was lost, then in a few minutes i recv another call (323-174-3027) , i ask caller why she had hung up on me as well she also ask the same thing, then call was lost , i tried calling back to both numbers , and its says that number is not in service.

Calls from my child in Germany come in on this number as well as a Tampa number; at other times the calls come from her home phone number in Germany.  Called my carrier about this and they found no problems.

Just got a call from some oriental accent-lady. Said she was from Savings Plus and wanted our social security number. hung-up!!

this caller has been harassing my husband pn his business phone for the past two years. the caller offers a mail order precription medication services. my husband jokingly asked for herion just recently and was told that they could not do that but that they could get oxycontin, which as he explained is just like heroin. needless to say we were shocked at that response and then decided to investigate this telephone numer on my husband caller id.

this call came from nashville, tn , davidson county.

i called 411 for assistance with a reverse lookup only to find that this number is unlisted and a special 2 digit code is needed to make incoming calls. and is designed to make only outgoing calls.

i will pursue my search for more information about this caller as well as any additional information i discover. Also i plan to report this information and findings to the local law enforcement agencies in the city/county that this call originated from

Some one call my cell left this number twice on Jan 19 at 7:13 pm & 8:01 pm. I am on national do not call list.

this kid just called me from this number, knew my name where i was raised and knew i played on "steam" online.. Don't worry guys, it's just a kid prank calling..

Someone arabic-sounding guy called me from this number and asked for Amber or something.  Apparently that person had this phone number before me because I get calls from other places too.  I told him it wasn't her phone and he asked when she would be home and I told him it was a company phone and I have no idea who that is.  Then he said "Well who the f___ are you then?"  And I said "Someone you don't want to mess with"  and then he said "Go f___ yourself then"  and I had a few extra words for him that I couldn't fully express before he hung up.  :)  Of course I tried to call back

Dude, this guy called my cell phone at 5 AM on a Saturday morning (woke me up...what a jerk). I picked up and was curious to see who called. He said hello multiple times, and I asked who he was multiple times. Then he asked me who I was, and I told him my name and my location (USA...LOL) because he sounded foreign. Then he said he was a guy from India, and said "I'm sorry for calling you, *insert my name here*" and hung up. EPIC FAIL.

Got this call on my cellphone at 5:30 this morning. Since I have a prepaid phone, I do not answer calls from unknown sources.  The number was familiar so I looked it up and found your website.  Thanks!  I now have it identified on my cellphjone as "spam Call! and will not accidentally call it back... ever.  I recall getting several calls from this number over the past few months, and called back once or twice, but got a answering machine that did not identify who it was.

got a call from this number at 2:30 pm(PST) , got another call at 2:44. both times didn't answer the phone because I didn't recognize the number. they left no message.
