This number calls me incessantly (for 2 yrs now) and never ever ever leaves a message. I do not answer numbers I don't recognize. If it's a legitimate caller, they will leave a message. This is obviously not legit.

Received call but caller was evasive but said would call later. Haven't been in Tennessee in 10 yrs. Lawyers office

Like Lucy I received this call but did not get a response. Then I received a message from Robertson, Regan and Young Law office.  They are trying to collect a debt for the court in Nashville, TN.
