I received a letter also. It's in my maiden name. I was married from 2003-2012. My name was my married name all that time. I also only had 3 cards and they were all bank cards. I read somewhere that several others have been sent this as well. I think it is a scam because its not on my credit report. How can I owe a debt that doesn't exist because if exists it would have shown up. I get several calls a week. Just started about a month ago.

NCC, A Division Of Commonwealth Financial System is a Ripoff trying to collect on a false debt they created Scranton Pennsylvania.
They have address everywhere with different area codes.They called me from 678-216-4948. Which ever state you are living in they going to use that area code to call you. REPORT THEM TO THE FTC!
They sent me a collection letter about some college that I never attended or even heard of (ANB COLLEGE CLASSIC).

WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY!!!

WARNING!!!!!......This # is from a company that is a branch of a debt collection company called "common wealth financial group" and they collect debts for medical personnel and hospitals! They are rude, hard to deal with, and last month that took $300 from my bank account UNAUTORIZED!!! Please be careful when dealing with this company so that they cant do the same to you!!!!!!!

I got this call twice this week. I answered the first time and they asked how could they help me and I told them I am not sure that I rec'd the call from them. Then I was transfered to two different people and they are claiming I owe on a doctor bill from 2009. They did not tell me what company they were calling from. And when I asked the doctors name he couldnt tell me and then said he would check back with me later.

I live in Nashville and get calls from this number everyday.  I have stop answering the phone and then they will leave voicemails with no messages just hang up.  I once called the number back and there was a prerecorded message and then someone picks up after you select the option.  They asked me "How can I help you?" I said you tell me, you guys call me number.  Im just trying to see what you want....and then click.  They hang up the phone....only to call the next day and again and again.

Have been getting 3-4 calls per week from this number. They do not leave a voice message and I have not attempted to return the call.

KEEP CALLING WHERE I WORK CALLER ID SAYS BROADVOX DISTRIBUTION, CALLED BACK & SAYS THIS IS" FCC DIVISION OF COMMONWEALTH FINANCIAL SYSTEMS".  ASKED THEM WHY THEY WERE CALLING A BUSINESS & THEY DON'T ANSWER JUST HANG UP.  CALLED BACK & GOT COMPANY DIRECTORY & CALLED & LEFT MESSAGE FOR THE CHAIRMAN OF THE COMPANY.  TOLD HIM IF THEY CALLED AGAIN I WOULD CALL THE REAL FCC & REPORT HIS COMPANY.

i have been getting 1 to 2 calls a day for almost a year now on my cell. i didny know who it was so i never answered,until today. they never answer when i pick up, it re-dials a number to somewhere else, so i hung up. i call the number back after 9 p.m. and it says commonwealth financial and asked me to leave a message. i did... i told them to stop calling my phone and stop harrassing me, but i wasnt so pleasant in my message! bet that wont stop them either.

This number calls my cell quite often.
Not sure who it is.

I've had this phone number for more than 2 years and these folks starting calling about a month ago...3 or 4 times a day.  Never leaves voice mail.  They called again yesterday, I picked up and got a recorded message asking if I was Francisco Some Name I Can't Remember.  Hit 1 if yes, Hit 2 if no.  I hit 2  and hung up.  Got another call about 30 minutes ago from the same number.  Picked up.  Recorded voice asking again if I was Francisco, I pressed 2 again, and waited.  Another recorded message said that if I continued to get this message to call 1-800-848-2170 ext. 213.  So, I did.  I got a recorded message identifying them as NCC - a division of Commonwealth Financial Systems, was asked to enter the extension and got a human on the phone immediately.  I told him what was going on.  Asked them to stop calling.  He asked for my number and asked if I was Francisco and I said no.  Human said, "You are remo" CLICK.  Will post again if there are any more calls.

i get called by this number every other day

I got a call and it was a message that said to hear this message in English press 1, so I pressed one and then it told me to hold on. Then some guy answered and said NCC how may I help you.  I said, I don't know you called me and he hung up.  I called back and got a recording saying that it was NCC a division of the Common Wealth Finacial Group.

Called and hung-up. Phone is 6 days old and almost nobody has this #. ??? Who is this???

Calls often, leaves no message.  When I call it back I get a prerecorded message stating it's a company called NCC, based out of Scranton, PA.  It seems fishy that a PA company would have a Nashville, TN phone number.
