They just called a few minutes ago, but I did not answer. I am in Memphis, so if you find out Morgan & Morgan will pursue this, post it on here, & I bet you will get several more names from Memphis & surrounding area to join you. I am sure we would get nothing out of it financially, but if the harassment stops, it would be worth it. I have a parent in a nursing home, & it scares me when the phone rings.

Morgan and Morgan law firm out of Memphis advertises that they will go after these callers...there is a fine that can be imposed. I would love to share that fine money with a lawyer. I will call and see what kind of information I need to collect to get legal action started. Pity on those companies that prey on seniors and don't have the brains, willingness to find real work.

Beware ! ! ! They Are Not Who They Claim To Be - This Is A Subversive Attempt To Verify Who You Are.
The Only Way To Stop These Kinds Of Calls Is To Make Them Pay. Always Answer - They Have To Pay For Completed Call. Keep Them Talking As Long As Possible With Fake Info So They Have To Pay More.
