I have been getting the same phone number calling me 616-222-0635 from Michigan. This happens everyday and weekends for about the last month.  I have not answered it and glad I google it first. I actually blocked the number on my Iphone. We'll see if this helps. This seems like its going on everywhere. Is there anything we can do to have this investigated?

Just received a phone call from 616-222-0635 with called ID: Michigan which is where I live. The man on the phone had a thick Russian accent and there was a lot of static on the line. I could hardly understand one word he was saying. All I managed to hear was something about millage and he wanted to know what mine was. I assumed that he was talking about my car and that he wanted to sell me a warranty. I told him that I wasn't interested and he hung up.

Just received call from woman, who could hardly speak English, claiming to be from the vehicle processing center, calling about my vehicle, Had year, make and model. Caller ID said "Kendall College".  Now why would Kendall College care about my vehicle?  Obviously a spoofed number (as there really is a Kendall College in my city).  Told her my vehicle is of no consequence to her and to never call back.  Then I hung up.

this number calls daily.....hangs up, no one there but calls every day..today it calls and a person is on the other end saying they dont know what im talking about and that i called them?????

They called about vehicle warranty, when I told them I have over 200,000 miles he said oh and hung up. (how rude)  I called the number back and they said the office was closed, their hours are 7am - 4pm pacific time. (they called from 616 area code west michigan)

They have called me an un-countable number of times..... never get the chance to answer. No message is left and if you try to return the call, its always an automated message saying the office is closed (even if you call RIGHT BACK or during the specified office hours).

FINALLY, got to answer today. Can confirm they claim to be the "Vehicle Processing Department" and ask for the mileage on your vehicle. Asked if they are affiliated with Toyota (my Corolla has 6 months left on its lease).... she said they are a company for every auto company.... YEAH RIGHT.

I asked her to take me off the list and stop contacting me and she snapped back "How stupid, why wouldn't you want to protect your investment?!" in her very, VERY poor english and proceeded to hang up.

Answered because number showed as a local call. Lots of noise in background. Asked who was calling. Caller with heavy accent identified as calling from the Vehicle Processing Department. There is no VPD. I told them I would look that up and hung up. Will not answer calls like this again. Just a nuisance.

They call me with my maiden name for my husbands truck. His truck is in his moms name. It freaks me out how they put me with his truck!

Day 8 of receiving daily calls from this #. I had to go out of my way to have my phone provider block this #. Straight up Harassment.

They've been calling me EVERY SINGLE DAY for the past 7 days. I am sick and TIRED of them blowing up my phone. I answered it the 2nd time they called as I have been applying for jobs & since it was a local # I answered. The woman could hardly speak english, knew my full name & the year, make and model of my car. Said my warranty was about to expire, so I called her out on it & said I don't have a warranty. She then said "OK" and hung up....Now they won't stop calling. What am I supposed to do??????
