When I answered nobody was there.

I don't know this person and did research to find that he sends random messages to lots of people.  Apparently just sends messages to try and get a response to see if a phone number is 'live' or not-

I think this is an alien scam to infiltrate our brains and steal our brain waves. Watch out. Don't answer the phone!

No. It is some lonely freak who claims to live on Alpine near Star Theater in York Creek apartments. Whether that is true or not, I don't know. They texted me last week, and then they texted someone I know TODAY while I was with them.

This person likes to claim they lost their phonebook. They are probably some hospitalized idiot.

Also claims to be 28 male working for children in the court system. Doubt that too. Could be a prison inmate that got a hold of a cell phone somehow (whether cell phones work in prison, haven't actually been there to find out).

Stay away from me and my family creep.

What did the text say?

I received a Happy New Year text and don't know who sent it. I asked if this person is from Michigan and who they were. They responded and said Peter from Kalamazoo.  I just told them I did not know them and to please not contact me again, lets see what happens?

My girlfriend got a text saying "Happy Holiday's and be encouraged" and did not know who sent it.  I was on the computer when she called and so I looked up the number and found these sites.

After reading some of the comments people left on here, its funny to me that I am even spending my creative energy to find out that this is some well-wisher who has a interesting hobby of texting uplifting messages to people all across the land!

Some people are annoyed, some are happy to see the good tidings of joy and others can care-less.  I can care-less and my girlfriend is happy, so as long as it put a smile on her face, I have no complaint.

Now if one day my girlfriend runs off with this texting guy, then I'll have a different opinion!!

I received the following text from this number: sOo.. How was your Wednesday!? Hope it was better than yesterday.. Later, he replied: Umm.. Earlier I texted you and lookin at your response, not sure it went to the right person--sorry about the random message. This is Andrae.. Who did I text?

This really looks like a phishing scam to me, taking phone numbers, seeing if they are live, and using texting to get more information about people with the live phone numbers. Ive read other complaints about random texts coming from this number, so beware, and DO NOT REPLY!!! Heshe may be trying to collect your identifying information for who knows what purpose!
