I get a call almost daily, when I press "1" to speak with a representative and ask to be removed, they rudely hang up.  Really tired of the annoyance and invasive calls.

Calls numerous times every day including Sundays.  Just another gang of thieves.

Caller ID showed RX Assistance. I have ignored this phone number many times and finally answered it to find out why they are calling when we are listed on the Do Not Call list.  When I was connected to the customer service rep, he asked if I was calling to lower my credit card rate.  When I answered by beginning to ask why he was calling me since I am on the Do Not Call list, he interrupted me and said something along the lines of he wanted to know why my voice was so screechy and high. I said sorry and continued to ask my question.  Before I got three words out, he said he couldn't listen to my voice anymore and hung up on me.  Quite the avoidance technique!  I called the number back and was not surprised that all the reps were busy.  I left my number and asked to be called back.  I will be very surprised if I ever hear from anyone.

CID now shows up as "Rx Asisstance" - a new ploy to get you to answer??

Sounded like a credit card company offering to reduce my interest.

Woman told me her company lowers rates on credit cards to help consumers out. She asked for my highest balance credit card, the exp date,but I refused to give her my account #. I asked for a website or # to call back, and she said I would get that from my card specialist, after she got all my card info.  I told her "No. I don't think so." She tried asking one more time,and hung up on me when I said no. Caller ID said "RX Assistance."

This number comes up as RX Assistance on my phone.

RX Assistance... didn't answer.  Reporting it for what it's worth.   RX Assistance?  Did I ask for that?

RX ASSISTANCE NO ONE THERE

I've got many calls from many numbers having caller ID "Card Services" and variations of such. Now they're using the same number, 616-613-2079, with a different CID: "RX ASSISTANCE", so you KNOW it's a SCAM! Plus, legitimate companies don't hang up on people unless you swear at them or insult their mom. I blocked them by name and number on my system.

Received call today from 616-613-2079.  The caller ID showed "RX Assistance."  I did not answer and no message was left.  If this is Card Services as indicated in previous posts, they are now using another ploy to get your attention.  Do not give out any personal information under any circumstances or you will be ripped off.

When I pick up an automated message starts about "your credit card account" and "press 1 to speak to a representative". NEVER give them any of your actual, personal information. They're just cold-calling people.
The caller ID says: "RX Assistance".

DO NOT press any number, do NOTHING, these people are a SCAM. My caller id said "RX Assistance" @@ @@ @@ since my son was in the hospital recently I thought it was in re: of that. when I answered, I was told this was my second and LAST warning to get lower credit card INTEREST RATES. SCAM Reported to DNC, fat lot of good THAT will do.

FEMALE CALLER WANTED TO HELP ME WITH MY OUTSTANDING CREDIT CARD DEBT. I have no credit card debt!  Obviously, another of many scam type calls that violate the Do Not Call Register.

Same thing, they called me and once I tried to talk to someone to tell them not to call anymore, they hang up on me. Where can I report this?

We had the same problem with a man from this "company" He cussed up a storm and said every nasty thing in the book. Our neighbor is a cop and my roommate ran over to get him. We got him on the phone and the game wasn't so funny after that! They hung up pretty quickly.

I do not recommend that you ask to be removed by pressing "1" as this just confirms that they have reached a real working number. They will keep calling! It is the same game as was played by "Rachel" at "Card Services" --- let's just ignore them and REPORT these abusive calls ASAP.

616-613-2079 called today and was blocked by our Digitone call blocker. (We block every area code 9#########, 8#########... 0#########.) We didn't answer it; it was blocked. Someone out of town who wants to talk to us would call back (only happens once or twice a year), so this works great. We have been on state and federal do-not-call lists for years? and re-register regularly, so nearly any call that is blocked is a scam.

Got a call from this number earlier today.  Came in marked RX ASSISTANCE.  I didn't bother to answer and they didn't bother to leave a message.

Call came in around 4:25 in the afternoon ... caller ID displayed "RX Assistance" ... although the recorded voice on the phone did not say it was 'rachel' .... it was the same message about "lowering interest rates on credit cards ... 2nd & final chance ... take advantage as it relates to the 'federal stimulus' ... msg said press 1 to be connected (only option offered).

Caller ID says RX ASSISTANCE  and the message wants to inform about "terms, changes, conditions before next billing cycle"..."This is your final notice as relates to the financial stimulus."  Bogus crap.

Caller ID said "Rx Assistance". Automated message said it was a 2nd notice about lowering my debt costs. There was no option to opt out of future calls.

This time they offered low or no cost RX's.

Keeps leaving a message about helping me pay for my prescriptions. I press the number to remove me, but they never do.
