These people keep calling continuously.  I have told them many times to STOP calling me.  And since the last time I told them, they've call at least two more times AND twice in one day.  My number is on the "do not call" registry.  Why do they keep calling?

I got one these calls too on July 6.  My caller I.D. listed it as "card services".  I was outside doing some work anyway. They haven't called back. I am going to call the Police though after reading all this stuff.

Like many have said, their recorded message starts as soon as the answering machine or intended victim picks up. The line they're calling on is for my 91 year old father and I'm seething. The "Do No Call" list isn't going to stop these predators. For giggles I hit the prompt to "lower my credit card rates". A female must have been sitting there with baited breath. I told her I was interested and as she wanted my personal information first I inquired as to the name of the company. You know what that got me...............CLICK. Trying to re-dial, again as some of you have found out, gets a fast beep and won't go through. I'm just venting as I know some others are here doing because sadly we can't hunt them down like dogs, string them up by their toenails and then make them wear headphones as we repeatedly bombard them with their own scam messages! You gotta have fun with them if you get a chance..........it's just too dang easy.

THIS IS A SCAM, WITH PROBABLE INTENT OF PHISHING.  I, TOO, AM ON DO NOT CALL REGISTRY, BUT I'M SUDDENLY GETTING CALLS THAT NEVER SHOULD COME THROUGH.  TOO MANY GOVERNMENT PEOPLE SPYING ON ME INSTEAD OF DOING THEIR JOB.

Do not provide any information to this company!!  This is a SCAM!!  I am now a identity theft victim as a result of falling for their scam.  They called me offering to lower my interest rates on my credit cards.  They knew my card balances and some other basic information so I thought it was ligit.  They had me verify some personal security information similar to if you were talking to your credit card company so I didn't think much about it.    However, they told me they would call me back in an hour to confirm all of the offer details but they never called back.  When I attempted to call them back, it was just a recording stating if you wanted to be removed from their call list.   A week later, I had an unauthorized charge using my checking account debit card.  I had to file a police report, fraud alert on my credit and sign up for Lock Life.  My life will never be the same again because of this mistake.  Please learn from my mistake and never give out personal information to someone who calls you.

got two calls from this number today about an hour apart. did not answer because I have caller ID and did not recognize the number. Caller ID said out of area.

This is just the same "final notice" and "?as it relates to the financial stimulus" recording I've heard dozens of times from many different numbers going back over a year now. The caller ID actually had a Bank Card Services name this time. It's either a telemarketer with no scruples wanting you to use their credit card, or perhaps a scam trying to get you to give up personal information. I report it to Do Not Call frequently. Don?t bother even answering this number.

phone number has called me twice saying they are bankcard center and they want to offer me discount rates.  I called the number back and it told me to press option 2 to be removed from their list.

These people are violating the Do Not List!!! They keep calling but are hard to catch because they never call back on the same number and if you tried calling them back the number is no longer in service. Enough is enough Please do something

I have a Panasonic home phone and I can block up to 20 unwanted calls. I love having this feature so check if you have a.booklet for the directions to block calls.  (If you have a land line)  You will love it! Trust me!!

They called me today (Bozos!) and will never get me to answer their spam calls. Gotta love getting back at these low lifes!

We've been on the DNC since the beginning of the list, and we still get calls from these scammers. I've reported them multiple times, but apparently the under-resourced FTC can't prosecute them all. I like to answer and then swear like a sailor at whatever operator picks up the line.

We've been receiving calls from this number on our unpublished land line. After ignoring and not answering these calls for months, I decided to use a more interesting method to dissuade them from calling us. I wait on hold for human to actually respond, and when they answer I blow my police whistle as loudly as I can until they hang up. Here's hoping that I blew out one of those jack***es eardrums.

caller was a malinda parker asking for information on a John George, regarding a fraud charge. also, called my number from a cell phone # 913 232 2811, same name, same message. I also am on the no call list!

Received a call from this number and of course no message.  I added it to my call blocking based on the comments here.

Send SallyMae after them. They can find anyone if you own student loans. They will find em and hunt em down.

Totally scammers and verbally abusive jerks.  Don't bother picking up the phone.  The caller ID is listed as V06071111500017 but the number is still 616-613-2092.

Actually the government is powerless to stop these calls. A few months ago I read in my local newspaper the government was offering $50,000 to any one who could come up with a solution. A few weeks after that item was in the paper they said they had recieved two good solutions the government would look into. So far I have not seen any more info so may be they didn't work out.

Last called June 4, 2013 reference Credit Card.  I finally blocked their number and today the same type of call came from a Female at Bartlett Inc. 516-430-5192 which demonstrates why this company is so desparate for clients.  Who would want to do business with a company that has to resort to attempting to circumvent FCC requlations with this type of marketing.  No integraty and what does that say about the individuals who will receive minimal pay for this type of work.

Got call from this number and 616-613-2225.  Caller ID shows it as BNK CARD SVCS.  Did not answer the phone; they never leave a message on the machine.

I received a call this morning from the "Dept of Labor" asking us to call them back but the call back number was a 313 number. Scam!

I continue to get these calls all the time & for several months. They will
