The CA Public Utilities Commission says they have no regulatory authority over unsolicited telephone calls.  They suggest complaining to the FCC by calling (888) 225-5322 or by sending a FAX to (866)-418-0232.   Your complaint should include date and time of calls, and if possible, the telephone number associated with the caller.

I received a call from HOM SECUR WCA with a different phone number (786) 358-6954 @ 10:17 am on 2/7/12.  I answered the phone and no one was there.  After about a few minutes @10:34am I got a call from Unknown Name, Unknown Number.  I did not answer the phone.  I saw that there was a message afterward, but all that was on there was a beeping noise.  Then about 5 minutes later I received another call from the Unknown Number and the same thing happened!  
I think the Hom Secur WCA calls to find out if you are home, then gives the number to one of their sales people and they call you to sell you their product!  I will never answer their calls again!

I am glad I read the information everyone has put up on this site about this company!  I hope I also can help with my information.  These calls should be stopped!  I am also on the do not call list and they still are able to call and get away with this stuff!

I too get these calls I never answer because they call my personal phn and I never give my number out . They never leave a message so it must not be important but they bug its annoying

My neighbor got broken in to on 1/4/12.

This number calls me probably every 2-3 weeks. I seem to miss it every time. They leave a computerized message offering a free home security system. It also says to press # to remove from the calling list. But of course I have to answer it to do so. Finally I caught the call on time but it did no good.

Really, a$$wipe? Then why is a PROTECT AMERICA ad showing up and offering A FREE SECURITY SYSTEM on this page?

This SCAM company uses multiple phone numbers through various networks (including 909-259-5665). No legit company uses such tactics.

I keep getting calls from 630-869-6983 just like you.  It is the same Security WCA, I have call block & have blocked this very number several times & for some insane reason they always get thru.  Plus I am on the NO CALL LIST & they still get thru.  Is there something we can do?  I got a call this am & yelled in the phone to "leave me the H alone!"

I just received a call from WCA.  I did answer the phone.  They are offering a free home security system and free installation just for putting up a sign.  The automated response said to push 1 to speak to a representative or 3 to opt out.  I did neither as I am curious about the call but wanted to investigate them first.

I just received a call on my private work number from "WCA" stating I won a free home security system.  Press 1 if I would like to talk to an agent.  I was at work so I pressed 1.  System hung up on me.

I received a call from "Home Security WCA" yesterday afternoon and again this afternoon on my work phone. I picked up the phone and nobody answered on the other end. Does anyone know who this is and better yet...how to stop these calls?

i got a call today from it. it scared my daughter because it was on her phone ane shes been having problems with being videotaped. we called back and the same thing that happend to you guys happened. if i find out who it is ill let you know.

Received call from them 9/29/2009 at 10:36AM.  Did not answer call, they did not leave a voice message.  I phoned the number back which has some sort of digitized voice saying the call is being connected and then the call is connecting then prompts to connect to the cell phone, the home phone, also you can leave your number for them or page them.  I hung up.

Have gotten a few calls from this number, I never answer and they never leave a voicemail. The latest call was at 11:53 am sept 29th. My blackberry has caller I'd for strange numbers sometimes, it says the call is from "Home Security WCA". I have no idea why they would be calling me.
