Bank Card Services. Very similar to the "Rachel from Cardholder Services" from  A+ Financial Center, LLC aka Accelerated Financial Centers, LLC aka; Accelerated Accounting Services that was charged by the FTC with misleading consumers about their services, calling phone numbers on the Do Not Call Registry, illegally collecting up-front fees, and making illegal robocalls. The FTC imposed a judgment of $9,238,155 in August of 2013. It seems more than coincidental that "your second and final notice to lower interest" calls began just as "Rachel" calls were tapering off. I would be very surprised if "Cardholder Services" and "Bank Card Services" were not related ventures. Rather than complaining to the FCC I recommend filling out a Do Not Call online complaint at the FTC website. They seem to be far more effective with predatory phone scammers. Also, it is Very Important that you file the FTC complaint as soon as possible after the call as this "company" changes the displayed phone number on a regular basis.

They call while I'm at work and do not leave any message. By looking at the other messages it must be a collection agency. I'm not late on any bills or payments. Apparently they have a bogus phone name to trick people into answering the phone.

If only we could "not pick up" These calls are coming from inside our State. (In pretend, of course they lie)

to coordinate with various medical issues!  I would block them - block them on the head! Do you know how hard it can be to wait for life-giving medicine news and then some robot voice without a care starts talking to you?

This is at least a bi-weekly occurrence, I am going to set this one to blocked. Same as reported by numerous people here. Caller ID: TN Removal Sys which seems to be related to TN Removal Line which seems to be related to Bank Card Svs, exact same message or extremely close.

DO NOT press the number they provide to "remove you from our call list" as that only verifies you are a real live person and you will get more calls from their associates.

"<female voice>This is a very important message about your current credit card accounts. This is your second and final notice to lower your credit card interest rate and payments. Press 1 now to find out the terms conditions and associated changes before the next billing cycle. Again, this is your final notice as it relates to the financial stimulus. So press 1 now to take advantage of this today."

I have informed these folks 2 times previously to not call my number and low and behold they just called again.  How do I get in touch with the FCC or some government agency.  This last time I asked again to be taken off the list and I was hung up on.

Got a call from this company and when I pressed (1) to speak to someone, the call was disconnected. I called the number back and pressed (2) to be removed and put into the Do Not Call database. Not sure if this will take care of the problem, but it's worth a try.  

My final message concerning my credit card int. rate. Get the same message from different #,today it was
510 201 5536. Get the call once a day.

Got a call from this number on several occaisions. Called the number and was given the option to be added to their do not call list. Oh and people, you need to renew with the Federal DNC every 5 years. Numbers do not stay on it permanently.

Best to NEVER answer a phone # that you do not recognize.  If someone wants to reach you, they can leave a message.  These scumbags never do.

that'a why I use my call blocking app on my Android to block annoying calls like this. I just got that call this afternoon. good thing I hung up.

DO NOT PICK UP!!! Why would anyone answer an unknown long distance number??? And NEVER call back! If you do, you are "doomed" to repeated calls. NEVER engage them in conversation OR ask to be "removed"!  That will put you on a list of "good numbers" they can sell every other illegal caller so they can call you, too.

VOIP internet phone service allows scammers all over the world to call us using a "spoofed" (fake) caller I.D.s  If you block one number they will just "spoof" another one. Many are in a foreign country.  Just ignore them!!!  And don't use  your name on answering machine or voicemail. Just use your phone number.

Expensive call-blockers will not stop them (new "spoofed" numbers). Reporting them to the gov't. will not stop them (foreign soil).   And asking them to be removed only makes it WORSE. It's an epidemic...anyone have an answer?

It is the credit card scammer again.  I just blow a whistle and the calls stop for a few weeks.!  Nothing else works.

Do Not Call is a joke, rejects numbers and will not allow the complaint for numbers that it thinks are not valid.

I am also getting weekly calls and have no idea who they are!  Spam.  They hang up if you reach a person and start asking questions.

The caller id does not show a name and phone number does not receive calls.

If you don't know the phone number don't answer. Let them leave message

now these callers are using a different # same people..or who ever last night the call was from Orlando, Fla. a few minutes ago from a different state.....same thing lower your C.C. bill..tired of it!

These calls need to STOP!! or i am going to be forced to have NO phone!! Tired of being harassed by these calls!! I have no credit cards..nor do i want one, i am on the DNC Registry ANND they are still calling...no phone works for me!

So sick and tired of these calls. Seems the Do Not Call Registry isn't as good as they claim it to be. Some thing needs to  be done to stop all these BS calls.

Doesn't matter if you block their #. These pricks have a huge bank of phone #s. If you block one they just use another to harass you. The best way is to just change your phone # to an unlisted #. Its a pain I know but it stops the calls dead in there tracks.

I just got a call from this 616 980 2063 saying the same crap. THIS IS YOUR FINAL NOTICE to reduce your credit card rates. I've been getting these final notices for the last 6 months. When the hell does the final notice expire ??? ITS A SCAM.

If I could find them I would do exactly that.  Got two .45 cal hollow points for each of them!
