I have received 9 calls from this number in the last 6 days.  A month ago I had a shady contact offering me a free gas card and walmart gift card, then my bank account was hit with three expenses.  I changed the number  on my account, but it appears they are here for round number 2.

I think it's snuggie.  I ordered 8 as a joke.  Now i get strange calls.

I get about 3 a day now on my cell phone.  The caller never says a word, the call just goes dead when I say something.  Strange and very aggravating.

this number has been calling me for days and when i call back to tell them not to call me ne more no one answers!!! its so frustrating

In the last (3) three weeks I have received calls from the number: 616-980-2178. They do not leave a message and when I answer the voice is garbled

Who can this be reported to besides my bank? Would the local news channel for 6 or 10 help? They always do stories and usually get results. I can't believe this has been going on since 2007!

I just read alot of your comments. I too ordered Snuggies and we did get them in about 6 weeks. But what a price to pay!! I just looked back and they called the first number 4 times and the second number 2 times over this past week!

I was called this afternoon around 4 pm by this company. They spoke of my bankcard debit/ visa card along with the last 4 numbers. I thought they were calling for my bank because I am such a good customer they wanted to give me a gift of a $60 gas card to be used at any station and something else I don't remember. I asked them if there was a cost to me and she kept talking over me. She said $1.00 for shipping costs. I asked why would I have to pay anything if it's a gift. She said they are not a sales company. I told her I wasn't interested but she kept talking and I hung up.
I then called my bank to see if they heard of synergy and reported the conversation. She said she nor others at the bank heard of them and they are not affiliated with the bank.

Keep getting calls on my cell phone from this # several times a day and as late as 9pm at night ... Always dead air a hang up ... Also got a call from 616-980-2600

I got the same call recently and called my bank.  They said it sounded like fraud and canceled my card.  I ordered a Snuggie the other week, then cards started.  They also call from 616-980-2600.

I got a call from this number but never been in time to pick it up. guess i wont ever pick it up now due to all of this. i have also been gettin a call from 231-732-2642. me being stupid, i said yes to the stuff about the free 50 dollars and i got something in the mail with a brochure. I looked at it and a little paper said if you mail this back you will receive your card. Definetly not doing that and definetly canceling the membership. I too ordered a snuggie in early December

Call my cell and home 4 or 5 times told me i had won a home depot gift card for $25 and wanted to update my c.c info. Mentioned the last four dig. of my card. Spoke crap english.

I have been getting calls from 616-980-2178 and I believe they have also taken to calling with unknown when they realized I wasn't going to pick up my phone anymore.  I ordered some WalkFits and that's when the calls started.  Most of the time they hang up but sometimes it sounds like a recording of my greeting.  I have a habit of just picking up my phone and answering when I'm busy just in case its an emergency or something.  Must check caller id and ignore these calls pronto.

I never connected the snuggie order, and all these calls I've been getting until finding this forum.  And still haven't rec'd order after almost six weeks... Lesson learned...

We ordered a Snuggie off an informercial before Christmas. Since then I have recieved numerous calls from different numbers. I called from my phone, for my boss, using his wife's credit card. So they called a business cell phone not related in any way to the actual cardholder. I have been reading online and some of the other numbers have comments from people who also bought Snuggies. The company that sales Snuggies are obiously scamming its customers. Hope this helps.
P.S. I still havent got my freakin Snuggies.

Same s**t.  Ordered a Snuggie in December, which by the way was on backorder for 5 damn weeks, and they didn't think to inform me of that when I ordered.  Call from 616-980-2178 and no message.

After repeated calls from this number with no messages left, I answered and was told that the call was in regard to a credit or debit card and given the last 4# of a cart. Alarm bells went of in my head and I would say that this could be a scam to defraud unexpected people. So be aware when you get a call from 616-980-2178.

i got a call today from this number, called it back no answer. someone suggested i google the number and now im reading all this stuff and i'm a little scared. All this sounds familiar, about a week ago someone called me from a different number, 231-732-2642, same prob. didnt really understand him. this is really strange where are these people getting this information about my cc repeat the last four digits and then hang up. Also something about a $60.00 gas c.  They have been calling for about two weeks before i decided to answer the phone

Like many people have said, I picked up my cell phone with this number attached to it but no one was on the other end of the line and whoever it was hung up as soon as I answered the phone.

I keep getting these calls.  No one ever talks.  If its happening to so many people can't the phone company take the number away or something?

I have received numerous phone call from this number, telling me I will get a 30.00 gas card, then something about 1.oo a month, but can cancel and keep the gas card. They say all they need is your address. Ask how did they get my info, they say it was sold to them. This is a SCAM.

I get the same thing on my cell phone.  I am on the "do not call list" so it's time to report these people.

Today they left a message as follows:  "hurro, hurro, ok, me thank you".

i just got  calls from this number  and  my  cell is  on the do not call list  one  of the  online companies  that i have purchased goods from is  selling  our info   oh yeah  he  new the last 4 of my cc too   greeat  im  sure i have  checked  the  aggredd to terms of service  with  something i bought online  to  bring  this on

same thing- three calls in one day- no message. Scammers!!! Every month it's a new number out of (my) state.
I guess anyone can get the last four digits from a credit card because that's all that comes up on receipts, etc.- or if they are getting into a web site?? Who knows, nothing is really private anymore!! I read where someone had contacted the authorities on all these calls and they said these people are actually in another country but by some type of 'jump'line are able to use a US area code on the caller ID.
Just don't answer it!

yeah I agree with ZOE.  I ordered a snuggie and got all these dam calls soon thereafter.
