I've been getting calls from this place for almost a year.  I'm a web researcher in Silicon Valley.  Here is what I found.  They have an alternate Caller-ID it's 434-878-9957 Gen Serv.  The company name is General Warranty Services...their website is www.generalwarrantyservices.com.  I finally got someone to remove me from their list and complained about the rudeness of a rep that hung up on me when I pressed one for an operator to have them take me off the first time!  Hope this info helps!
