I just got a call from these people. I think mabey their crazy and we want to know what they want! I got a call from these people THREE TIMES in one day.

Person would not put me on their do not call list and was rude trying to sell me something. I could not find out what because I am not the "lady of the house".

Got a single call to my cell phone - let it go to VM.  No VM left. Called them back to see who it was.  It rang forever and then you get a message stating "thank you for contacting customer service" but there is no company name.  They ask you to leave a message to get a call back.  yeah - no thanks. The cust service hours ar 6am-10pm MT but when I tried a few times during these hours no one answered.  Nice customer service. ha!  Hopefully they will not call back.

Just got a call on my cell.  No VM, an I don't think I'm calling their 'customer service'.

I got a call on my cell today around 3:00 in the afternoon from the same number. Also, no voicemail left.

what the crap that juat happend to me. i just want to knoq who they are and what they want.

lot of that happening at once, it seems. I also got a call from "tammy" asking for the lady of the house; I gave her the ol' two words and hung up. Google tells me that the 616 area code is in southern Michigan.

They called and my kids answered and handed it to me. When I answered , they hung up on me, so I called back. It rang for a long time and a girl got on the phone and said, "customer service" I said , "someone just called my house and hung up on me." She said, "oh, im sorry.Its never our intention to hang up on anyone." I asked what company she is with and she said, "Feature films for Families." I said oh, there must have been some mistake, goodbey. and hung up. They have called several times before and wont leave messages.

Same story - called multiple time to home phone - unlisted number - just called them back - rang forever then got recording about CS housrs - 6am to 10.  LM to do not call - Who are these people - I am on do not call list.  hmmm.

same story..one call  Didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.

Called my cell and said "This is Tami, can I speak to the lady of the house". I asked why she was calling my cell phone and she hung up.

Received call this evening - CALLER ID came in as: CUSTOMER SVC FE - I didn't pickup.  Next, I'm entering this number on my call block list.  Shame that it has come to this.  I'm grateful that this list exists, and VoIP has the tools to deal with this...  Such a shame to have to waste my time with it though.

Same thing, when my husband answers, they won't speak with him, they want the lady of the house.  I have told them time and again we are not interested in whatever "family films" is.  The continue to call.  I also think they are related to another company "Subscriptions?????? with a number of 800-851-8934.  They tried to scam me out of a total of $5170.00 worth of magazine subscriptions.  Crazy indeed.  I had to cancel my bank cards because they actually took some out.

this call is done by a LIVE person but the voice is a recording. the LIVE person is listening in and pushing certain numbers that go with your QUESTIONS....most of the time. they are limited in how the recording answers back
