I live in England, and this number keeps calling me. "Possible Debt Problems? Trained counsellors are standing by to help resolve them. Press button 5 on your phone" Discovered it is an American phone number. Who are they? In this country repeated unsolicited calls can be construed as stalking and result in legal action. I would love to chase these people through the American Courts.

They called me this afternoon as well. I was out but they left no message. Guess they're a company who know that the UK Telephone Preference Service can't do anything to stop their irritating cold calls.
