They call me everyday. I have caller id and it comes through as "EMS". I don't pick up the call.

These people called me last night with the last 4 numbers on my CC and told me that I won all of these amazing gifts, and the only thing I had to do was not say anything, and they kept pushing these numbers while we were on the telephone, and I told them they were trying to scam me and don't ever call me again, they are trying to sell some type of medical insurance, that you would never probably use, or can use any place, please shut them down they are a scam.

they called me at 8:30 am saturday. i did not answer called back and it was a marketing group.  i am on the do not call list and will report them.

i am in florida it is 7:51 pm  I answered the phone however since i did not know who was calling: the lady said is nancy there, I said no she is not can i give her a message, she said are your her mother or daughter, I said nope nothing like that, and she said tell her i am calling about her mastercard.  hhmm that should not be happening.  Well anyways that mastercard she is calling about has been shut off due to internet fraud, about $4000.00 worth, my bank and two detectives are working with me on this. the caller id says Avalon marketing.    i have no idea who they are!

Just adding to the complains, Avalon Marketing, aka EPIXTAR is also working 3 (three) numbers, that they have used on me.  Here they are.
1-616-980-2382, 1-231-732-2641 & 1-231-224-2009.  I would really like to see these creeps busted.

I have been getting calls today from this number.
I have also received calls from the number in the 231area code the past few days.
Based upon the info here, I plan on contacting my state attorney generals office as well as the fraud investigation dept of my bank to start a formal inquiry and investigation.
If these fools are smart and are reading this, consider this your warning.

Keep getting calls offering free WalMart gift cards either around 8am or 9-11pm. Then they called again with my last four of my Visa card and offered me more WalMart gift cards. Upon calling back I get an answering machine for "The Marketing Department".

These poor ignorant scumbags, what a way to have to make living.

I am receiving calls all day and night 7 days a week  from this phone # 727-712-0382.  It started 2 months ago and it is very anoying.  I made the mistake by answering it and I am afraid of the next step.  My cousin who is a retired from the police department told me his son answered the phone and just by doing that his phone bill was $1500.00.  Of course my cousin took things into his hands.  So I was told not to answer and just let it ring.  Notify you bank as they willl have your cc# as well as your debit card number.

Getting the same calls from 616 and 213 area codes. . . 213-732-2643 and 616-980-2382

The calls are never picked up . . . and the perps never leave a message.

Called and did not leave a message. I have my phone on the do not call list. I want to solicitations.
