This number has been calling me for weeks, never a message,, and when I finally answered there was no-one there.

PRANK CALLING TOO MANY TIMES

This number has called my number @work at least 10 times in 3-4 days, when I called back ( thinking it was work related) they picked up but never talked, then called me and hung up so I called again with same result. I have no idea who or why this is happening , but if it a solicitor, why are they in business when they never identify themselves and call numerous times in a short period of time? Something is really wrong here.

They have called twice in two days, no messages either time.  I'm not answering (maybe it is like spam - if you answer, they know it is a live number and increase the calling).

I started receiving calls from this number as of October 9th.  They are calling me once or twice per day and not leaving any messages.  It's annoying.  I've also been receiving calls from number 613.226.4730, which started the day before on October 8th.  Just this morning I received an international call that I didn't pick up.  Of course they left no message and when I looked up the country code for the number, it matched up with Asian countries.  That number is 0110017018370760.  Do not call back any of these numbers as when you do they will verify your information and harass you further.

I was surprised to see I wasn't the only wanting to complain about this number!  I was just looking the number up to see who was calling and I stumbled on the complaints!  The number called me twice within a half hour of each other.  When I called it back I didn't get a recording or anything...it just went silent.  I have not signed up for Aeropostale emails so that doesn't help me anyway....sorry.  I just registered on donotcall.gov this morning.  Ironically I received an email from a co-worker and almost deleted it but then an hour later I got a text and two phone calls!  I highly recommend registering your number!!!!!

I too just decided to look this number up.  We thought maybe it was my college calling, but wondered why they never left a message or sent a letter.  The ID that accompanied the number was Online Ed...  My college classes are online.  I'm glad I looked the number up before calling.  It has to be a scam.  Why would they call if they aren't going to talk to you once you answer??  If they are trying to sell something they would want to talk to you.  Why would they spend the money to call people if there isn't something in it for them??

I just got my first call from this number this morning and I didn't answer because last week I was getting numbers from a number for some place in Maryland that someone was using to call out but when you call it back it goes to Maryland.  It's weird.  I finally answered the call from the other number last week and the lady on the other end started asking if i was still interested in making more money and working from home... I told her i knew she was calling for a fake call back number and I wasn't interested then i hung up.  I haven't heard from her since.  I'm going to try it on this number too.  I called the 616-980-2800 number back after i got the call and its just a busy signal.  

If you're curious the other number from last week was 301-474-5525.  I also got calls from 301-345-5383 (both numbers are from the community center in Maryland and the people there have been getting calls from a lot of people saying they are getting the same calls I was.  This is ridiculous!!!!!!!

Saw it three times today. I dont answer and they dont leave a message. My Caller ID reads"LEADGEN"

this caller is driving me nuts!! i have never answered because i don't answer calls i don't recognize. They have called at least twice a day for the last 3 weeks!

I'm also receiving calls from this number.  The caller id says, "LEADGEN"  I will not answer calls that I do not know who they are coming from.  I actually signed up for the do not call list but I'm still receiving calls from unknown sources.

I just got a call from a number shown on my caller ID as 616-980-2800. Since I didn't recognize the name on the caller ID, I answered, "Hello, who's calling, please?" The female voice, with some foreign-language accent, asked for me by my full name but did not identify the source per my question. I sadly advised her that since she didn't answer my question, there must be some error, and hung up. What a surprise to find myself in lots of company. What's going on with caller ID when a name & number show up, but still leave us confused?

I just got called by them, myself. Said they were with an online education site, said I'd been there a few weeks ago. They sort of had my info, nothing major, but they did have a similar version of my AIM address as my email. The site they give is bogus, it doesn't exist, although I might have gotten it wrong. The chick who called seemed to want to keep me on the line as long as possible, and she was having a lot of trouble getting in touch with an educational supervisor. It was her first day. Flattery, Flattery... She said she was in Florida, but as said above, the number is in Grand Rapids, MI, on Pearl St, dead center between Monroe Ave and Ottawa Ave. I hope they call again. I want to get as much info as possible out of them. But from everyones' posts, looks like I won't have to hope at all...

I keep receiving calls from this number they never leave a message and when I call back I never get an answer it is a fax machine only.... what's up with this? I have tried to find out who this number belongs to but can't seem to find out.

4 times in a couple of days. WTF could anyone get from this?

I have received several calls.  This morning a call came in and it only rang 3 times and they left no message.  I received a call the end of February and was told I had won a 3 night, 4 day all expense trip to Las Vegas.  All I had to do is pay $2.99 for postage. They wanted my credit card to bill me for postage.  I hung up.  It has to be a scam.

Didnt listen to it what i did, they wanted to know if I wantd to be on the no call list, I hung up.... Not sure what this is all about I am register on the do not call list.

I've been getting calls from this number for like 2 weeks now, up to 3 or 4 times a day. I haven never picked up the call because I do not answer phone calls from phone numbers I do not recognize. It's getting pretty annoying, but now that I've read this I definitely will not be answering the call. Thanks!

Some one should do something to these telemarketers who are calling may be there should be a stricter law for harrasing phone call

I get calls DAILY from this number. Sick of it. Like everybody else...i wonder what it is that they want.

After 2 week's ( 3 call's a day ) i answer the phone with... CIA field Office Please Code In ........  Please Code In........ nothing --- Your connection has bin I-D then i hang up. no more call's from this # 616-980-2800 sense then.

I receive a call from this number every day.  Does anyone have a clue as to who it might be?
