I've also gotten several calls from this company, which sometimes comes in on caller ID as "AT" and other times as "Atrium" (I didn't log the number), the most recent one this morning.  I have told them repeatedly to put me on their "do not call list" and am going to try going to the FCC if they don't stop.  Someone posted "bunch of real jerks" and they're right.

I suspect this is a Robocall.  The phone rang, I knew it was an attempted sales call, but feeling fun, I answered anyway.  Caller ID said Atrium.  When I answered, the phone clicked, and I heard a ringing.  I suspect a machine calls numbers, and transfers them to salesmen when they answer.  I heard 4 rings, and got bored and hung up.

I've received at least 7 or 8 calls from these people EARLY in the morning in the past month.  I've repeated to them time and time again to stop calling me and put me on their "do not call" list.  I've registered my number on donotcall.gov and still received calls.

So I called them back 1-800-618-4428 and spoke to their manager in customer service, James, and he told me that comes from a different office, not them, and that he would "get on it right away" with removing my number.  Yeah right.

I've reported them as everyone else should too at donotcall.gov.

They are all excited when they first call and rant to me about their crap (because I AM the owner) and then the moment I get upset and tell them to remove my number, they hang up.  I'm not sure how anyone can do business like that.  Horrible people.

Some credit card processing company... wanted to speak to the boss.  I told them I can't even speak to the boss and I freakin' work here!

These people don't take NO for an answer.  They harass you non stop about credit card machines. Even though we don't take credit card of any kind.

FYI do not call is only for residential phones not business lines

Called asking for the owner. I stated that i am the manager, replied with " I will Call back later". Funny.

Just called and insisted on learning more about our business, would not tell my why they were calling, finally hung up when I wouldn't release any information until she told me more about why she was calling.  Very odd.

A guy called from this number today asking to speak to the owner. He is not here. I am his wife and in charge of the credit card situation here. I asked what the call was about and was told that they needed to see what our hours were next week because they wanted to discuss "saving us money" I said I was not interested...caller said WHY NOT and I said "because I SAID so" and hung up on him. If I see this number pop up again I will not answer.

Called today did not tell me what for.  Wants to speak to the owner.  Hung up on them when they would not tell me what they were calling for.

I am on the National Do Not Call Registry. That doesn't matter to these people.
I put them on call rejection through my phone company.

I don't even have anyone on the other line - it's a dead air call.  All anyone has to do is to the FCC website and report them - you can do it online.  Trust me, the calls will stop immediately.  I own my own business and don't have time for this crap - I've reported at least 4 phone numbers in the past month and they DO NOT call back.

every person who reads this needs to take a moment to get onling to the National Do Not Call Registry. It takes just a minute or two to register all your phone numbers and that should stop the calls. I have done this now and I have filed a complaint against this company all in about three minutes.  Hope that helps.

Received a couple rings on my company line and picked up to hear ringing. Hung up immediately, because incoming calls do not create outgoing rings.

Called, didn't leave a voicemail

They weren't helpful to provide information over the phone, but I made an appointment with Atrium anyway. Nobody ever showed up nor could I get hold of anyone at the company to discuss this. In the end I was referred to a voice mailbox which was full

One a many CC processors that call every business in the phonebook looking for one that is not set up to take CCs.

Simple question and they hang up.

Not ruining my day like it doing to others on here.

We all have a job to do and we should be glad someone found our business and made a call.

I keep getting calls from this number as well.  Caller ID says "atrium".  I never answer it, but they don't stop trying.  Very annoying!

They Just hang up on you

This place asks very personal questions and is using the name of someone that has not given them permission to use their name.  Wanted to send me a free terminal for credit card processing.  We own our own business but it is a farming operation and we sure don't need a credit card terminal!  Rude too.

this company called Atrium calls each day.  I am on the do not call list but it does not matter to these jerks.

They will not get a clue that they're never going to get to talk to the CEO. He has much better things to do with his time. Plus, why would I send their call through when they are always so jerk-ish. Seriously, you want to sell me something, show me some respect!

Told them to stop calling; she said it'd have to be the owner to tell them to stop calling. Guess we'll be hearing from them again...

I got a call from these people today. Having been a telemarketer before, here's a trick to get them to leave you alone. All you have to say is "take me off your list" then, they HAVE TO remove you from their list but you have to say these exact words in this order or they'll keep bugging you. You can't say, "don't call back," "we're not interested," "never call again..." Has to be "take me off your list." Presto! Your problem should be solved!
