Here he posted that he is in GA

I tracked him down to Slidell, LA.  His facebook profile (http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100000869188707) states that he works at Tulane University although when I called they had him listed as working in the medical center.

I responded to his add and am trying to find out if it is legit.

Looks like this guy is still at it.  The email correspondence from his was a little suspicious so I asked for a phone number.  I Googled the number and found all these other reports of fraud.  The number he gave me was 619-359-6634.
