Magic jack advertising a spam ph service.that is like $69.95 for a littbox that connects to your pc. Like Voip. You can supposedly call all over the world. Ph sevice quality depends on the speed of your computer internet nonnection. But you never speak to a real.person. I called the number using *67 in front of the number to hide my ph number! it DOES go on to say it is Magic Jack and the person that you were trying to call is not available, what goes on to say that you can leave a message! but dennis recorded voice comes back on and says hey you just mailbox is full at this time and not able to leave a message. I watch the news review on this about a couple that bought it, they were told it would be $69.95 and twenty dollars a year. but then they showed their phone bill and it was just over $200 dollars. I guess part of it was for shipping charges, and something to do with five years. this couple could never reach them to talk to them about this error.Fairbank even tried calling this company and they had no luck either they never did get to speak to a live person. so if it is a good program there is no support it sounds like. you can go on Amazon and they sale this little box for like $49, then you probably setup your acct with magicJack after you bought it. I have learned to use speaker phone and record these type of phone calls. in order to protect yourself. you can record a phone call as long as there is at least you and 1 other person  with you whenever you do a recording. now this is coming from a Utah police officer that gave me this information, and that its legal as long as person involved and another person. I received this call tonight from # 6187158018 I never answered it and they never left a msg! I called this ph using (*67)6187158018 in front of the number to hide my number! Its all auto mated saying this was majc jack and the person I was trying to reach was unavailable! Then it went on to tell me to leave a msg, then recording goes on to say "sorry mail box is full. IMAGINE THAT! I watched a news video review and cpl was told it was likev$69.95 No mention of shipping charges and 5 YR deal. when he got his first phone bill it was just over $200. he tried calling the company with no success, and his bank even tried calling. Plus that tells me there is no customer support!! what I did on my cell phone when I seen the phone number, I added it in as a contact using magicJack , then I went in and block that number. you can do the same on land lines but you have to call your phone company find out what numbers you need to punch in to block those phone calls. I am upset this is a brand new phone number I got two weeks ago, I have had all kind of advertising call me I'm ready to change it again!!

John, just received this call again! I did go out and buy a phone that you can enter up to 30 numbers to block ...well needless to say 618-715-8018 was the first number. They called 8:15 tonight it rang one time and blocked it...so I look on the ID and
sure enough it was them again!

I dialed back the number from another line and it continuously rings without picking up...before it would answer it was a Magic Jack Number....I'm sure it's still Magic Jack though...I think they keep their numbers.

Received a 4th call Saturday afternoon (2/23) from this same number. I wasn't home and turned off my answering machine so all they got was continuous ringing...glad I did that, but my caller ID displayed their number and the time.

This has been a daily call from this number. It is a Magic Jack device they are using, so I doubt that it is an official business call, very likely someone out there harassing people or marketing from home.

I've been getting this same call EVERY night for the past 3 nights. First on was 7:50 PM, 8:45PM and another 8:45PM. This is a MAGIC JACK number, I've emailed the company owner! He first said to contact my phone carrier and tell them to block the #...HA HA....they don't offer call blocking! I'm on the DNC list and I have a PRIVATELY NON LISTED number which is not just a non published...it's PRIVATE!

I contacted Magic Jack company again this morning, we'll see if they do anything, I gave the # and they need to disable that #...this is turning into harassment every evening calling someone...and they have been cutting off the call as soon as I pick up.
