I got a call from this number at 10:59am Mountain Time on  Wednesday 07-10-13.  I answered it even though I do not know this number & there is this strange recording that says a bunch of nonsense I couldn't understand asking for a person I never heard of.  They failed to mention their company's NAME, though.  I do not want these incompetent fools calling me ever again.  It's harassment.

No matter what anyone says every phone call is always a scam.  When you think about it... how someone out there who doesn't even know you is going out of their way because they want to help you?!  yeah right..I'm surprised telemarketers still exist. Oh and by pressing 1 just confirms your number is real and whoever actually called back and pushed one just helped a company sell another valid number.

well i got a phone call asking me if i wanted to lower my interest rates on my credit cards three time within the last two hours..one thing i don't have any credit cards and another thing this phone number,1-619-207-5348 is a moblie phone only,so i text it and left a message..please report this if you get the same call

Received a similar call yesterday. When I waited for a rep after I pressed 1, he asked about my credit cards. I told him i wasn't sure who he was and wasn't comfortable giving him that info (mostly to fine out who was calling -I have no debt!) he told me he was from card services and that they work with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, etc. I said I was on the DNC list and his tone completely changed.  he became very aggressive, yelling at me, telling me that the was going to f@ck me up, knew where I lived! Called me a f'ing ho, b!tch, etc. I was completely speechless and he said, don't go all quiet on me, you b!tch! I will hunt you down! I just waited silently until he hung up, which he finally did, I reported it immediately to the FCC.

They call several times a week. I have two day sleepers at home and these telemarketing calls really intrude. I like the police whistle idea, just wait until you get the real person however. Another thing I have done in the past when telemarketers generally were a person, not a recording, was to keep a small bottled gas powered boat horn near the main phone. Those guys who were pestering at dinner me with cold calls on stock and investment tips sure quit!

The same thing happened with me. I told them to take my number to heck off their list and before I could finish talking they hung up on me.

Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr Now the calls are showing as a Wireless Caller. I only answered the phone because I have someone in the family traveling out of state & thought they might be using a friend's cell phone. Nope it's these people AGAIN !!! I have told them numerous times to stop calling me. As soon as I heard Press #1, I hung up & immediately made ANOTHER Do Not Call Complaint. They are relentless - always trying different tactics/names/numbers...LEAVE ME ALONE

They've been calling me for years now.  It doesn't do any good to press 1 and talk to someone, asking them to remove you from the calling list.  I've had them tell me they would...or...they couldn't at their level...or...just hang up on me when I asked them.  What I find the most disturbing is how the recording says, "Consider this your last call because time is running out, or whatever"...I've been getting their "last call" for years!!!  This place needs to be SHUT DOWN PERMANENTLY!!!!!

Same thing happened to me.  I asked him nicely to remove my name from their calling list, he sai "no" and hung up on me.....how rude!

Solicitation.  If I answer,the recorded message offers to lower my interest rate.  Messages are not left on my VM

After I pressed 1 and got a man on the other end,  I made not too favorable references about his mother and his ancestry.  He hung up on me before I could verify if my assumptions about those comments were true.

Said they needed my banking info for a new credit card

Same! We have been getting calls from them for years.  You can't block them, because they use several different numbers, but you can take their time.  Press 1 and tell them you are interested and ask them to hold, come back to the phone every few minutes asking them not to hang up, because you desperately need to speak to them.  After 20 minutes ask if you wasted their time.  They typically say no, then say too bad, because each time you call you waste mine and I will do this every time.  This works for about 3 -6 months of no more calls from them.

i just got a call from this number so i played stupid I pressed 1 and then asked the girl how she got my information and she said with my visa it came up i said i only pay cash for things. so then she asked if it was a debit card and i said yes. well this program would not work for me I told her no i do not think so is there any way of removing my number as i am disabled and i get this calls every day from different numbers and i had already notified fcc.. She said i would not be getting any more calls from this number. Just thought i let people know as I do get them from other numbers and they do hang up but if you are lucky to get a operator ask how they get your information and go from there. It worked this time hopefully. but in reality something has to be done. I think of those people that can not get to a phone or the elderly that can not take care of themselves. thanks for letting me vent

OK.  Tried to report this number.  It is LESS THAN 31 DAYS OLD!  This is what the DNC says.

They just called here (Seattle area).
The number of these telemarketing calls has gotten so bad at our house that we purchased a device that intercepts all calls. The caller must then PRESS ONE to continue the call (the recording says this). Since the robocall has no human connected at that point, they do not know to do this. I inform our friends and anyone else, as well, how to get through "the system."  
My next step is just to have the land line disconnected completely -- it is that bad.
BTW -- NEVER call them back or tell them to remove your number. If you do that, they know it is valid and sell it to others. I am convinced of this by the INCREASE in the number of calls I got when I tried it a few times.
NEVER BUY OR DONATE TO ANYONE WHO CALLS.  That is the only way we can ever get this to stop and enjoy peace in our own homes!
Oh, and the idiot who thinks this is "Obama" calling, needs to get help
