I have received multiple calls from this number 6 in one day and no one will answer me back when I answer. I try to call the number back without success.

i got a call from this number, i answered and i spoke to a lady on the phone, but i didn't understand her....something about me winning a sweepstake or something like that.... i tried calling back, it owuld ring and then tell me that this call can't be completed??? does anyone know who it is?
