We've received 6 calls from this number in the last 4 days. On the times we've answered we made it very clear that we did not want to receive any more calls, yet they continue.

3 and more calls on my cell a day, annoing, somebody please stop this. I'M GOING CRAZY.

I  keep  getting  these  calls  and   I  have  no  idea  who  it  is,  they  hang  up  and  my  caller  ID  says  it's  a  marketing   company

It rings 2 or 3 times and stops before my answering machine kicks in. Calls Sat & Sun as well as weekdays, Sometimes several times a day. In the past I have gotten crank calls from a creep who found out I refused to be "saved", but since this current creep calls on Sundays he certainly isn't acting Christian.

This person called my mother's home number and says "I live close to you"   My mother is 80.   My brother is an attorney and I think I will turn this number into him to see if calls can be stopped.

(619) 243-1798  has called me 12x in the last 2 days.  I have not answered but googled it to find out it was a market survey deal.
Does anyone know how to stop soliciting phones calls after you have told them repeatedly to stop it?  University of Phoenix calls me several times a week, FOR YEARS now, and I have asked them to remove my name and not call me 4x.  What else can I do?

They call and no one answers. Some telemarketing pinheads.

They call me about once a day, but alot of times they call at night.  I just got a call at 8pm... unacceptable.  I never answer the phone (and never will).  If companies continue to call you after you ask them not to, the first thing to do is ask if they have any other departments because alot of times they don't use a central database, each department keeps their own.  Or you can simply threaten to call your state's Attorney General.  I worked for a cell phone company at one time and was told that if anyone *ever* mentions the Attorney General, we were to get a Manager asap.  That's a phrase they are usually very afraid of.  Too many complaints to that office and they could be fined quite a bit of cash.  I am not positive about this, but the DNC regristry may have a section where you can report companies that do not adhere to the DNC lists.

I have gotten calls from them on Sat. and Sun. and they leave no message on my answering machine.  When I do lift the headset and say "Hello?" no one on the other end speaks.  I only here sounds in the background of other telemarketing jerks or "office" type sounds for like a full minute or longer.

I called the number shown on caller ID and got this stupid recording from some dude (can't remember company's name)with the this disclaimer saying "We are a survey company' we do not sell anything, etc..." but nothing about why they called me.  And nothing about why they harass people who are on the "do not call" list.  

I'm thinking that telemarketers are paid for making so many calls and by harassing people on "do not call" lists they make their count without having to say anything to the person they are calling.  It's just a sorry way for a sorry telemarketing employee to do a sorry job without having to actually work.  Just call numbers you have no intent to "survey" and instead just listen to them ask "Hello?"  What a pathetic way to "earn" a living, pathetic and sorry...

After participating in another annoying survey last month I vowed "NO MORE"! Conveniently, they usually call during dinner time and they always ask tons of questions. I never pick up the phone anymore when I see their number and if I ever make that mistake, I will always tell them or anyone else I refuse to participate in survey. So rude!

Hello this number 619-243-1798 has been calling my house none stop since about 3 weeks ago. When I answer the phone the caller hangs up also they do not leave a message they just hang up. The calls must stop this is so irritating and annoying. I called the number back and all I got was a recording saying they are not selling anything that they just want to do a survey on me and my family. I wish I knew how to stop these jerks from calling at all hours of the day. If anyone knows how to contact them and get to speak with some one to get my number off of there calling list I would greatly appreciate it thank you.

This number called a lot of times in early May, never leaving a message. Then silence for weeks, now on SUNDAY June 1 they called at 11 AM, again no message.  Can't these people leave us alone on SUNDAY at least. The Do Not Call list is not for them if they are doing surveys, so cannot turn them in. How do we get off their list? I understand from another web site that when you call them back you get a recording but no way of getting off their list. I am not going to call a number that I have to pay long distance to call that is only a recording.

I've gotten about four calls a day from this number. I never make it in time to answer, but it never rings more then once anyway. I'm just annoyed by them calling if they don't want to talk anyway.

4 times in the last hour!! I'm using a goverment issued cell phone, which is by default on the federal DNC list. I've received calls at 0300 in the morning, and as soon as they figure out I'm a government employee, they hang up!! Spineless bastards.

Calls do not stop from this number even after advising them numerous times that I am on all DNC lists and ask to be removed from any and all lists they might have. 619-243-1798.

This number showed up on my caller ID with the name "Market Informat". I was not around to take the call (I wouldn't have answered anyway) and they didn't leave a message.

Hey!!  I've found more info!!  These calls are from XO Communications in San Diego. Their address is 5771 Copley Dr.  The number I found is 858-244-4000.  (Check Google) Perhaps we could start our own phone blitz or drive by and leave some Krylon based notes on their doors. Any legal firms out there who might want to help the little guy get them stopped?  I've been on the DoNotCall Registry for years but they call (& don't answer) nightly.

Hey, it's me again.  Yup, they've called again. I answered after the 1st ring this time, and, again, no one on their end.  EXACT same time(8:06pm CDT), different day.  Oh, & I'm sorry about the typo of last night.  "Thses" should obviously been "these"...as in "these jerks".  This has to be illegal.  Any way to get action against them?

Thses jerks (MIS Survey Research / San Diego, CA) have made numerous calls at right around the same time each night almost daily for the last week.  Believe me, I don't want to be bothered at 8:15 pm.  Tonight (09/03) I figured it was these guys & I answered between 2nd & 3rd ring.  Most human beings will respond to a pickup that quickly.  Nothing from these jerks. dead silence and I tried to get a response for almost 30 seconds.  Just a dead phone. How do they get by with this?  I can't find a way to contact them & I don't feel that that is fair.  I've complained a number of times (over a dozen to DoNotCall) yet they are still calling.  How can we stop them?
