This company called me - i was a bit skeptical at first yet i was able to validate the debt through calling from the original bank and kept being forwarded to new companies that eventually landed me back to this company. I paid them and recieved a paid in full letter. My experience was okay but thne man was rather rude

Have phoned my home twice this past year asking for my brother. My brother lives in a separate state , is self employed and very easy to locate. Mr White stated he has phoned my brothers business but has not been able to reach him. I asked TWICE to remove my name and number from his file. I was told he received it while searching public records. I have a different last name. Very bizarre.

look up phone # 619-258-1461 same company checked secretary of ca no data spelled it diffrent way this is possibly a in home company phone used to be listed to walter barnett looked on attorney bar assoc there are only 2 names and they are both deasced

This company is a scam. They collect debt that is out of the statue of limitations, even after they have fallen off your credit report. They buy debt from company's who can no longer collect on this because it IS out of statue of limitation. If you do not pay these people, NOTHING will happen to you. No one will be sued, no one will be garnished etc. The owner of this company has been sued before as well as having SEVERAL complains against him and his company filed with the District Attorney from several states. Hopefully you do not fall into this scam!

Actually did some research on this one...not a scam!!  they call around searching for whoever...they r a company hired to track people down to let them know they are about to be sued..and see if they wish to proceed to court or settle out.  Company name Barrett Asset Recovery Services.  located in Santee, CA
