Received several calls from this number, all hang ups no message left, very annoying. We're on the no solicitor call list but still get these. I never answer the phone anymore unless the caller ID reveals a name.

I just received 2 calls from this number back to back. The first call hung up before the first ring ended, and then it called directly back. I have received calls from this number before, but they have never left a message.

I called back & it is one of those "YOU WON" scams.
I am on the gov DO NOT CALL REGISTRY and always report these. If we all do they will get tired of paying the penalty fees. Log the number & the date & time they called.
