This are auto calls. They fake their origins. Says Chula Vista but could be offshore or any foreign country so the Do Not Call List does not stop them. They would have to be REALLY in the USA for that to work. I have Verizon and they let me block a few numbers for 90 days. I also add them to my contacts with the last 4 digits and the word Spam and then set ring and message tones to NONE or SILENT, whichever is available.

Got a few of these calls. Guy was very pushy stating I had signed up for something at a mall and won. Funny thing is I haven't been in a mall in a year. I asked for website & guy hung up

3 calls from this number. 1 today and 2 this past week. It rings once or twice and hangs up, I've never called it back. i definitley woudn't after reading these posts.

AUTO call. Called on my cell but no one there when I answered. Called back and recording said that I had recently visited one of their reward sites and they wanted to offer me some rewards. I don't use my cell # for these types of things, I use my home # that I don't answer. BLOCK IT!

This is clearly a scammer. Don't answer calls from this number it is probably one of those numbers that then makes a charge against your account.
