call came this morning asking for my daughter when I asked who bit was they told me this is Heather and I talk to her all the time. We know noone named Heather. When I pressed for more info I was told it was a business call. Where is this number calling from.

this is in a San Diego, CA county.  ITs my area code as well and I get those shity calls all the time.  You should just hang up on them.

Heather looks like the michelin man, She cant read names off of her own computer,very uneducated,she works for minimum wage,drives an SUV shops
at the 0.99 store.

Chances are it's a debt collection agency. They're not allowed to specify where they're calling from, by law.

just got a text from this number saying PLEASE CALL.  it came immediately after i ignored a phone call from a blocked ID number.
