Continued calls from a Jared for someone who does not live at our home. Requested multiple time to have my number removed and was hung up on twice. Spoke to a supervisor Vivian who states she is handling it but it still has not been handled.

Someone by the name of Mrs. Olsen keeps calling me and does not explain anything to me she acts like someone I know " hello this is Mrs. Olsen calling you back you can reach me at 877 771 3323 ex414 thank you. So my caller I'd says 1 619 295 1200 but wants me to call an 800 number... Yeah ok

I just got finished reading all these comments, I can't believe this has been happining all this time. I missed a call today checked it out same number, name different com name. It showed up "SPOKEO"!!!. I now will watch numbers coming in. Hope that was my first& last call from them.

"George from ACC" called asking for someone with the same name as my MIL saying they couldn't get in touch with her. I said I could pass on a message thinking it was work relateded. He gave me his direct line and then asked for her cell phone number. I said no and he hung up on me. I doubt he even has the right person since my MIL only have one phone, the cell phone.

LOL...That is funny i used to work for that place..

Just FYI-they get an A+ rating with the BBB because they respond on all complaints (some in a not too timely manner, however) with a generic, standard reply that does not address any issues of illegal threats, foul language, harrasment, not licensed to collect in certain states, etc. I know the economy is tough but really, you'd have to be a total @$$ to want to work here. Bootm-feeder company that buys old, past the SOL of limitations debts and try to strong-arm people into paying. Once you pay, even if the debt is past the SOL, it will re-open and start the re-aging process over again, and the $$ sent by unsuspecting consumers does NOT go to the original debtor, but straight to ACC's pockets.

I got a call from this number, and when I call back, they don't have my name or phone number in their system,,, hmmm I'm thinking some out of country scam?  LEAVE ME ALONE!

I keep getting calls on my cellphone from this number. I'm blocking this number right now.

Just wondering, how did the trial turn out?  I've been  harassed on and off over the past 6 months, and now I tell whoever calls me, "wait, you are now on a recorded line, so whatever you say can be used against you when I file court action against you for harassment".  It took me a while to get smart, but no one seems to want their conversation recorded.....I can't imagine why????

These people are a joke!  They call me all the time for a debt where the SOL has run.  In letters they started telling me I owed $3000.00 then it was $1400.00 then they would make me a "special deal" if I called them back.  They are still calling and writing and I am still ignoring.

These lowlife scumbags called my cousin in another state today.  They don't leave a message, so you have no idea who they are looking for.  It could be anyone really.  They could be looking for her neighbors, her family, me... no one knows, and she tried to call it back.  The person on the other end just sat there heavy breathing until she got tired of it and hung up... good luck collecting anything with that method.

I've been receiving calls from this company for MONTHS.  They leave messages for someone named Jessica.  I don't know anyone named Jessica and I've had this phone number for nearly 10 years.  I've called 3 times asking them to please stop contacting me as I am not the person they're looking for.

A few weeks ago I was receiving 3-4 calls a day from a blocked number, starting at 8am.  After 2 weeks, I was woken up when I received a call on a Saturday morning at 8am and I LOST IT.  I don't answer blocked numbers or numbers I'm unfamiliar with, but I decided to answer the phone and didn't say anything, just put it down next to my head on the pillow.  A man yelled (aggressively) into the phone, "JESSICA?"  No.  I told him to STOP CALLING ME.  He asked if I knew where he was calling from as I hadn't answered their calls and they don't leave messages... Well, I know where you're calling from if you're asking for "Jessica" as this is the only company that thinks that's who I am... I yelled, used some choice language, and the man told me that I needed to watch my mouth and that this call was being recorded.  I don't care!  How many times do I need to call you and ask you to stop calling me before you get the message?

Steven Turner keeps calling and leaving voicemail from this number and asking me to call 18777713323 ext 122 and stating my whole name as if that will convince me. Its easy to get someones info online now for jsut $19.95 or probably for free.

The one and only Mrs. Gonzalez calls me at the same exact time every Friday. Although you sound very sexy Mrs. Gonzalez I will never answer your phone call!! You can't get blood from a turnip :P

UPDATE: Multiple preliminary motions to dismiss my claims have all been denied by Judge Maas. The Absolute collection agent passing off as William White has now been unmasked; his true name, given in a sworn declaration, is "Alex Garcia"; or so was sworn. We will see who in reality is he.

Calling me but asking for someone I don't know. Just a debt collector calling the wrong number; it's not my debt and it's just that simple! =)

Asked for ex husband---told them we had been divorced for 27 years--to take my name off the calling list.  20 minutes later got a call from the same number asking for ex again.

Mrs Kettering called from Absolute Resolutions and left a message in voice mail in regards to a person that she hasnt confirmed the number belongs too. Contact her back at this number to advise will be filling a FC complaint on leaving a message without verifying the number. I am on the do not call list.

They just called me. By law I am suppose to get a letter of what they are collecting. I blocked them.
