A man with a strong accent called me at my job from this number, stating that there was a lawsuit being filed on me for check fraud from 2010.  I did not have a checking account in 2010 and havent had one in years.  I started to ask for his information and he was rude and hung up on me.

They would not give me the name for their company.. but stupid me asked if it was for my student loan n he said yes. So again stupid me gave him 250$..

I got the same call too, a threatening message and when I called back the VM was full. Most of you are saying they have your ss # and checking account number. I don't know about you but I applied for a couple pay day loans online and I'm thinking that's how they got my info, if they do have it. Maybe one of those payday loan places is a scam. That's the only place they would have gotten my checking account info. I am going to change my account number and I suggest for you all to do it too.

I received a call sometime ago and when I asked them some info they hung up. Now they have started again an indian guy says his name is justin williams if I don't pay 542.87 I will have to pay 5.000 dollars PLEASE.

They keep calling and harassing me what ever company this is it is a scam and should be dealt with so as to prevent them from doing this to people.

I just received a call from this guy with a strong Indian accent telling me to go to the court...they are filing charges against me for not paying a payday loan.  He asked for my debit card info.  I told him I do not know you.  Send the info to my house or to my e-mail address.  He said that he could not.  I asked him for the name of the law firm he was representing and he said C. Williams and Assoc Law Firm in San Diego.  I put his number 619-320-0431 in Google and found this blog.  Thank you all so much for blogging here!!  I am so upset because he has all of my information, bank account, SSN#, address, etc.  WOW!!  Please everyone let's report this to the FTC and California Consumer Affairs.  They will only act if they receive enough complaints.  Thanks!!

LOL we got a few calls from this number like 20 so my wife finally answered and they had my social then when she told them she wasnt me they got very rude started telling her i love you i love you then said they were gonna kick her a** she called back to demand a supervisor and was told im the boss and they hung up well i tried to call them back they were rude and hung up i called again they answered and immediatly hung up and i thought 2 can play this so i called and called like 20 times finally the heavy accent guy answered all rude and is like quit harrassing me! lol so i say gimmie your boss he says im a paralegal and im the boss i will call police on you so i say please do call the police i will too whats the adress of your buisiness he says you mother f-er i kick ur a** i say stop calling me he says noone call u from here so i say what was said to my wife he says who give me the name of who called you so i tell him it was you 10 mins ago now whats ur name? i no giv my name u mother f-er i come and kick ur a** stop harassing me aand other crap like that then hangs up anyways we called the cali BBB the federal trade commision and the cops so anyone else who this happened too should do the same they have our personel info and that scares me glad im not the only one that this happened too i was so pissed off i was red grrr hopes this helps you all also i found maybe a company name but the BBB guy said there is nothing in alpine california which is where it said they were located

Called numerous times, home and work cell number.  Has my social security number.  Said I am being sued.

I am so embarrassed to say I'm so  glad I'm not the only one who has ever received these calls.  I honestly couldn't figure out what was happening the first time I received a call at work was from  Mary Wilson; it was the most threatening phone call I had ever received; from an Indian decent person.... yes, Justin was one of the gentleman I spoke with, along with John Wilson Sr and a younger John Wilson.  They called me at work!  And it's just as you all say...I going to be indited for computer fraud, and owing money but no one could tell me what this was about.  I'm still getting the calls.  I can't thank you enough for your postings...the only reason I checked on a phone number through google was because a friend of mine told me to do it...and wow, what i see is all of this!   they have all of my personal information; I wish I knew how that one happened.  I can only say thank you to all of you who posted.

Alrighty friends, here is another phone number these Indian accented Yahoos are usuing, 951-257-5813. Same type of call, same silly line being used about internet fraud, being sued, needing to be in court on Friday, yada, yada, yada.  They have called me 22 times.  Nice.  I get phone called like these about every other month, the number is never the same.  Infact, the 951 number they are calling me fromnow, more than likely won't be a working number in a couple of days.  Any ideas of how to nail it to these time wasters, please let us know.

i rec'd a message today from a lady with a strong accent claiming time sensitive call back if not wished me luck, called back spoke to man with heavy accent claiming i had a pay day loan deposited into my account he new my bank, my soc sec,  my address said i was being sued i told him that was not possible as i never did anything like that. i live on the east coast, i proceeded to demand his company name and the name of the supposed company that filed the suit he told me to shut the f*** up and i asked for his supervisor he claimed there was none, i accused him of being fraudulent told him i was recording his call and he started hollering to get off his phone, he hunng up, i called back and it was him told him i was calling the police and he said i didn't have his name and hung up. i called the police and my bank they said they had rec'd another call from the same branch with someone claiming the same man had called them. the police detective in my county is investigating and i have her the number that appears above that you all rec'd calls from too! i called credit bureas and put fraud reports on. if anyonoe has any other info please reply so we can catch these idiots!!

I got a call from this number as well. Left a very rude message saying that I or my attorney needed to call and if I didnt then all he could do was wish me luck. He said it was a time sensitive issue. Strong accent. Called the number back and his message box was full.

I was just called by two #'s first619320-0431, the lady w/ a strong accent had my SS # & told me to call Sean Woods. I did and the guy had an accent that you wouln't expect w/ that name. He sdaid there was $ laundering charges against me, that I need an attorney and they would be contacting my employer. He knew my e-mail add. He cut me short , was rude and hung up.

Yep.. I called this number back and I asked him for his information and that I searched this on the internet. He gave me his name and that is all he would give me and made a comment I could not hear then hung up. So I called him back and he answered the phone by saying my name and dont call back and if i wanted to believe what the internet said he would have the authorities take care of it. I told him dont ever call me again that I have contacted the local authorities. He hung up. SCAM...............

I have been getting these calls at my work all week demanding money for a loan I do not owe for and never heard of the company.  I called the police department after the first two calls on Tuesday.  They are started investigating them.  The secretary at work is aware of what is going on and just hang up on them now.  I have also talked to the attorny generals office they adviced to let the police handle it but to not pay them any money.

I just got a call from this number but havent called him back yet. $ am going to call I have receved other calls simular and gotten some pretty nasty people there. Thanks for all your input here.

i received the same call today and they called from two different locations I asked them to give me the companies name and he got testy so I told him unless he can give me more info. He doesn't need to call me. He told me wait for the supeona I said fine with me and hung up

its a scam to get money, i got the same call!
