We receive this call at least once a day, sometimes twice. I highly recommend that anyone getting a call from this number call the Federal trade Commission at 1-877-382-4357 and register a complaint as we have.

Number 619-346-4246 calls practically every day. If picked up there is silence then a lady's voive saying  "goodbye." One time the phone was picked up a voice mentioned SD&G, a gas and electric company here in San Diego.

I have been getting these calls for weeks. They leave no message and if I pick up it is to dead air for a while and then a female recording just says "goodbye". I am on the do not call registry and will be reporting this today. Auto calling of this nature is illegal and can be reported by anyone, even if you aren't registered. I've been lazy about it but I'm going to do it now. Here's the link for anyone else who wants it.

LYONL INC is what shows up on the caller ID....this is really annoying

We have received three calls from this number in the past two days.  The first time we didn't pick up, the next time I picked up and no one was there, the third time I picked up and got a recording saying 'good-bye'.

Calls my disabled mom 3 times a day, she almost fell today trying to get to the phone, calling FTC after this posts......

Just like a lot of others are reporting: The phone rings, no message is left and then it hangs up. I think this is some type of prank caller and I am blocking the number. Come on, what kind of caller id is "CA SMOG SMOG"!!!!

These people have called me so many times. Sometimes there will be noone there and other times when I do get someone to answer I ask them to take me off the list. Today I got so frustrated with yet another call from the same people I angrily told them to take me off the damn list and hung up. He had the nerve to call me back and ask me why I was being such a "bi***". I just hung up and now my phone keeps ringing with the same dang number every ten minutes. WOW!

I ran in to grab the phone, picked it up and no one was there. Then a click and dial tone. Obviously some type of scam based on the reports above. I am adding this number to my phone's do-not-answer blocked list.

call:  877/382-4357 to report Lyonl, Inc. 619/346-4246, i just spoke with them (FTC.gov) being a government agency they are very helpful.  The lady told me they can't do anything unless they get calls from us and so far had only received 1 call on this number, mine. The more people who call and complain about this number the more action they can pursue.  The phone call only took me 5 mins.!  Not bad for a government agency.

These people keep calling us trying to get us to put solar things on our roof. I told them we don't want them and to STOP calling. Is this a scam?

I am on a do-not-call list. Regardless, this company calls at all hours, at least several times a week. When I call the number ID'd by my phone, the message machine says it cannot accept messages. I am really angry about this misappropriation of my phone number and privacy.

They called again yesterday. I said hello this time and some guy on the other end wanted to know how much I spent each month on my SDGE bill. Said he could save me money. Probably selling solar systems. I asked him to take my number off of the list.  Will wait and see....
