RECEIVED PHONE CALL AT CORPORATE OFFICE TO MY JOB. THIS IS IN ANOTHER STATE. THE MESSAGE THEY LEFT WAS THAT THERE WAS A LAWSUIT PENDING AND THEY NEEDED TO DELIVER SOME DOCUMENTS TO ME. THEY LEFT A CASE NUMBER AND A PHONE NUMBER. WHEN I CALLED BACK TO GET A ADDRESS AND FAX NUMBER FROM THEM SO I COULD SEND A LETTER TO STOP CALLING MY JOB TO THEM THEY REFUSED.

A lady named Abigail from this company called threating to take my grandmother house because of someone who is not related to the family. The person in questioned has only known my family briefly and we have not heard from her in over 10 years. The company's name is Drenning Associates (supposedly). They claim to have a corporate office in California. They also claim that they have a least 10 clients that requests their services. They ILLEGALLY obtain personal information about anyone to get whatever they are after. The young man, who I finally got on the phone (after being hung up on several times) said his name was "Mr. Martinez". He did not want to tell me the company's name or any relevant information. He talked in circles, stating that he can not tell me how the company received their information. After I made a threat of my own, to obtain a lawyer, he removed all of my grandmother's information (supposedly).

This company called my in laws out of state using my maiden name!!
