I have received the same call from the same man who said the same thing. This all stems from applying for payday loans online and all of a sudden they are claiming money had been deposited and was never paid back so therefore there is this so called lawsuit. But was so ironic for me is that he claimed the monies was deposited in the account last year when I did not even have the account open until this year.. When I told him this he then cussed me out. This is some funny stuff, but yet annoying because they call 7-10 time a day.. There must be some type if legal actions we can take against these fraudelant people.

So someone by the name of Mike Anderson just called my place of employment talking about how i need to take care of this important law suit that is taking place. Talked to me for almost 10 minutes and  told me that i shouldn't interrupt him as he was giving his spill on how the legal action was being taken care of. So i hung up the phone cause i thought it sound pretty ridiculous..he then calls me back yelling at me and said it is very important and i MUST give him a reason as to why i hung up on him or he was going to call my boss and tell on me...i actually thought it was pretty funny that he was so angry and was demanding reasoning for me hanging up on him. I put that number on the call block list and i hope i never hear from them again!

Just got the same call... When I said they were full of sh*t, the guy on the other end of the line started cussing at me like a teenager. How can we annihilate this company?

Why waste your time reporting these Do Not Call violations to the FTC? It is now obvious the Government is doing nothing to enforce the DNC, which is why we are getting more and more of these scumbag calls. If the Government was this lax and enforcing the income tax laws, I doubt many people would bother paying them. Instead, complain directly to your congressman and explain that is action is NOT taken now, you will join the anti-incumbent party and vote all the incompetents out of office.

I received many calls also from this number.  Finally got an answering person (not a recording) when I answered .  He asked if I would be interested in learning more about a medical alert system and I replied that I would be, as I have been thinking of looking into something  of that nature.  He asked me to pronounce my name  so that the associate who would be calling me back would know who to ask for. Then he asked me something else and I said "yes".  After I hung up I felt very uneasy.  I just know that he has a recording of me saying my sane and saying "yes."  I regret now that I didn't just hang up or tell him not to call me anymore.  I tried calling the number back and it just rang and rang, or sometimes I would get a busy signal.  After looking up thie information on this site, I have become worried about this.

I have been receiving these calls sometimes up to as many as 5 a day. I have called back the number to be told to press 1 to be removed. Well, as you can see I have not been removed. I would love an idea other than what I have done (e-mailing the FTC) about this. Anyone have another idea?

The number 603-214-3969/ 603-214-3679 was issued to an intermediary called TC Caller ID, LLC by a local phone providor in Errol NH -Freedom Rings.  It is subsequently contracted for by a telemarketer end user. If you Call Freedom Rings, or TM Caller ID at 866-225-1956 and ask for the compliance officer they will get your number of the list.  They seem to be quite serious and helpful in this regard and are anxious to meet federal do not call requirements.

I keep on getting this phone number. 603-214-3679 This is coming through my land line phone-Which I never use. I get calls as early as 3am to 6am. It rings no more than 4 rings. If answered, no one answers back. The ID states that it is Errol. I say do not answer the call.  I had 3 calls from this number on Sunday and 3 calls this am. Very Strange and suspicious.

got a call fom these butt wipes. I Dont answer unknown callers. If leget they will leave a message and you can pick up while they are speaking. I also use a Panasonic KX-TGA652 home phone system. It has call block built in. You get 5 phones and its only about$120.00. No I don't work for them or sell anything. picked it up at COSTCO. I'm a Engineer PE and don't have time to dell with butt wipes.

These calls are coming from a sophisticated voice activated computer system.  It pauses for your yes/no answers and provides the appropriate pre-recorded responses.  If it hears "do not call", it will just disconnect the call.  Air horns, whistles, yelling, etc. does no good, unfortunately.

Report these a-holes to the FTC and the FCC.

Caller has called from AM Life Monitoring one time yesterday and once today.  First time I told them we have a life monitoring system, no thank you.  Today, I told him that we have a system for my Mom who is on hospice care with stage 4 lung cancer and that I explained that yesterday.  His response was to hang up.  After reading all these notes on here, I can see I will probably be getting more calls.

Received 3 calls in 2 days from this number. No one spoke the first 2 times, the 3rd I let go to vm...no message.  I would love the opportunity to talk to whoever is on the other end of the line, just to be able to vent a little.  I have already filed a complaint about them at ftc.gov as I am on the National no-call registry.  Hopefully, my tax dollars will actually do some good and the government agency responsible for investigating and stopping this nonsense will do some work.  I realize that is a long-shot, but hey one can hope and dream right.

This number called my house at 8 in the morning, i work night shift and was trying to sleep.  They called several times, finally i turned my phone off.  When i checked the caller id, it said they called 8 times in the span of about 20 minutes!  

They left a message on my machine, i couldnt really understand what they were saying, it was a female and something about selling me something, and giving a price structure, but she was pretty incoherent.

I've been getting many calls from this number.  I would like to know who sold my number to telemarketers.   Let's figure out what we have in common, perhaps it will lead us to some answers.  Let's narrow it down.  Keep the information vague and related to large groups you may be a part of; we don't want anyone getting spammed while uncovering spammers.  Me: recent grad at very large university, and some recent affiliation with the military.  My suspicion is the alumni network information.  My secondary suspicion is the military.  I think one of them is selling these numbers.  Let's get to the bottom of this!

I don't think it's either of those options. Have opened up any spam or responded with your cellphone to a site or accidentally opened a spam using your cellphone? These guys are pretty savvy about getting information even if you simply opened up a "can of Spam". They can get anything from your email address's profile too such as Gmail and Yahoo. It's not that hard if they know what they are looking for.

I agree about every thing was told to me from 2 diff people at this number. But however do not like people calling me before 0800 in the morning. First they asked about if wanted a free monitor as my name was on a list of loyal supporters of the socialist movement.
Got some calls from this number before 0730 my time. Finally looked up to see where this is coming from after a pitch about wanting support for Obama on this health care. This woman there also wanted to add my name to support for googgle was my duty to help goggle store information about anyone not supporting Obama. Asked if I agreed about the google start of change in Egypt? All over the world now googgle has helped to start changes to a one world government, first was USA by getting Obama pres, now 2 other countries have changed leadership.
Wanted to know about my health. Wanted to add my name to a list of door knockers to get Obama elected again and to help stop my state from doing the birth laws for him to be president again. I have suspected for many years that google was some kind of a political oganization.I was happy to learn it is part of the democrat socialist movement.
The woman there also told me by my continued support for Obama and googgle we progressives would be in power for many more years. I support the continued leadership of Obama and the progressive party and the take over and storing of information by googgle about suspected people against unions and the progressive party. It was also my duty to help googgle compile more names of anti Obama people by submitting names to them on google.

This number called our home twice today. Caller ID says Errol, NH.

Definitely seemed like a pre-recorded message at first, selling a personal monitor. Said I was not interested, very pushy wanting to have a rep call us back. I asked again if it was a recording, it said 'actually uou have been talking to a real person through a computer"

Asked them not to call again, we are not interested, it said they would call at a later time and hung up.

I called the number right back and received a message saying the Magic Jack customer was not available, to leave a voice message.

What can't the government stop this? The DO NOT CALL list is WORTHLESS! This is not the only telemarketing or bill collection that has called. (not me they are looking for). It NEVER stops! This call had an echo in the background soooooooo bad that I had to ask information several times. It does no good to not answer either, they will continue to call until you do answer. Send complaints to the websites recommended in previous complaints. That is about all you have at this time unless the government really wants to do something about it.

Whenever I receive a call from these telemarketers, I always google the number and have a contact in my phone as junk/sales call. I do this because we do have legit calls from some of the area codes. So I know right away that it's a sales call and not someone I should talk to!

I don't believe this is a person at all, it's a call from an intelligent IVR (an interactive voice response) system.  A series of pre-recorded messages/responses is developed by a design team and they try to take into consideration every possible response, then they build the logic - so depending on what you say it will search it's database and respond the way it thinks is appropriate.  Some systems 'learn' from each call and create new responses. This would explain why you have to hell at the 'so called caller' to get their attention.  
I too got 'the call' this morning (on my cell phone ...gggrrrrr).  So when you go to the ftc.gov site to file a complain - list it as a 'robocall'

I have received at least 30 calls from this number during night and early morning hours. I have asked to be taken off their list. I have tried to ignore the calls and I have asked, pretending to be interested, to talk to someone about their services, just so I can tell them to stop calling me. Not sure what else to do.

The jerk keeps calling my cell phone early every morning... I live in PST.  Now it has been calling several times today.  My # isn't well known, I only use my cell for travel and very few people even have the #. A couple of days ago it rang early and thought it must be a family emergency beings my dad's recently broke his neck and is in rehab.  I answered it accidently and it was the New Hampsire number.  I press one so it should have called back but now it is calling more often!!!!   I would like to choke rude disrepectful people like this or have their # to call anytime day or night and give them the same joy they give me!

Answer the phone, then tell caller "Hold on one second please. Then tell him/her "I am now required by law to tell you that this call is being recorded. Do you agree to be recorded?" I have had 100% success...every time I have told a caller this they have either hung up, or in one case, argued that I had no right to tape the call.
Try it...be sure of yourself and, pardon the pun, sell it!

This number calls my home also. I don't answer these type numbers but they are as annoying as fleas on a dog! This is the third number like this I have looked up within the past 15 minutes. I have an VM system, if you leave a message you really don't want anything is the way I feel. It seems the NDC registry is NOT doing it's job very good. I'm guessing this is a telemarketer.

I have been getting calls everyday from this phone number, and no one leaves a message. Today I have recieved 3 seperate calls...1 about every 2 hours. I am on the national do not call registry. How do I get these people to leave me alone? I cannot answer my phone while at work, and that is always when the phone calls come. This is getting ridiculous.

My caller ID showed AMLIFEMONITORING, telephone number 603-214-3679.  I called that number and the man who answered said it is his cell phone, that he has received two other calls about that company, all from retired persons (including me) with the same story.  When they, and I, answered there was no one on the line.  He said he has called his cell phone provider and they don't know who is calling using his number and they can not find out or do any thing about it.

I also have received several calls from 603-214-3679 over the past few days.  After reading the posts on this site, I added the number to my address book and sent all calls directly to voice mail - done.  But the calls are still costing me money.  Can I somehow block them on my Droid X, so that they don't even get through, or, better still, can this company be prosecuted for calling people that do not want to be called?

This caller leaves no message. Calls every few days. We are on the do not call list .

just called my cell....recording starting with "President Obama...."  hung up this is the second call ive gotten in the last few days.  they suck.

I've been receiving 2-3 calls from this company every Monday or Tuesday for a month (I always let it go to voicemail and they never leave a message).  I called the number back today, and a recorded message came on immediately asking me to press 1 if I wanted to be removed from their list.  I pressed 1 - we'll see if that wworks Getting a call repeatedly from this number trying to help me remodify my home loan or something.  When I select the "Talk to an agent" option all I get is a message to leave my name and number...

Started getting calls at least once a day from this number just after MLK Day. I never answered, and they never left a message. The one time I called back a recorded, nice-sounding female voice said "thank you for calling back" and that if I didn't want further calls, to press "1", and to please allow 72 hours for that request. No product, no offer. Pretty inefficient. I don't believe the message, but I pressed 1 anyway... what a sucker, eh!

I answered the call and a man came on trying to "give me absolutely free" a life line pendant in case of emergencies.  When I said not interested he got pushy and started talking louder.  When I tried to tell him to take me off the marketing call list he started talking and wouldn't let me finish the sentence.  He wanted me to let another rep call me at a later time.  I finally started yelling for him to shut up so I could finish my sentence and then asked him to remove my number from the call list.  Let's see if that works.

I received 9 phone calls from that number over a 4 day period.The last call a man was trying to talk about life alert crap I screamed in the phone "take my number off your list and don't call me anymore" The calls stopped! "Ben" is a sophisticated computer voice recognition system. ("He" called me today, again.  Yes, I'm on the do not call list.) "He" will not hear your air horn.  He needs to get enough of us to put in a telemarketing complaint.

I have received dozens of calls from this "American Life Monitoring" over the past couple of weeks...on my BUSINESS line (it is against the law to solicit here), which is also listed on the do not call registry.  "Ben" seems to be the name they have chosen for all of their male callers.  At first I thought it was just a recording, but realized he was really there. So, after stating this was a business line which was listed on the Do Not Call Registry & that he was committing a crime by soliciting this number, I got out my trusty little air horn (less than $5 at Target).  I keep it near the phone at all times, just in case.  I have a list of numbers, like this one and when we receive a call from them, I assemble the air horn and wait, with a smile.  If "Ben" calls again, he will be greeted in the same manner.

I got a similar pitch from "Ben <silence>" just now 2/2/2010.  When I mentioned the gov Do Not Call lists, he pretended not to hear me.  When I asked his name and company, he pretended the connection was bad and left silence in all the relevant spaces (his last name, company name, etc).

We was trying to get permission for someone else to call and try can give me a "free home security system for allowing them to advertise on my front lawn."  It's a scam of course.

Love your response to "Ben" (Most likely not his real name. Most telemarketers use fony names). I will use it on telemarketers henceforth. These rouge telemarketers who ignore the Do Not Call list should be taken out and shot. The best way to deal with them is to waste their time, and the best way to do that is say," please hold for a moment", then put the fone down and go on about your business. After a few minutes, place your fone back in its cradle.

I just got a call from the same number ( Amlifemonitorin (603) 214-3679 ) but did now answer it. I just started looking on line,,,and found this site. How ever if anyone is interested in stoping calls here is how you do that. If a person has a PC ( not a laptop ) you will need a phone modem installed, Don't worry if you have DSL or Cable it will not effect it. Then plug your into your modem and your phone into the out let for the modem. Then you will need blocking software. What I use if CallAudit from Mountain Systems (just look it up on the net) the Software is 29.99 and will take a little to setup once installed but it has help files to get it going, I use it and its great. When a call is blocked it sounds like a fax machine it stating up on the other end. There are a number of ways to block calls, 1 by prefex such as 800 numbers, 2 one at a time as they come in and 3 block any and all calls that are not in your local phone book, just make sure that all you friends and loved ones are in there as well. It does a lot of other things as well. And to answer some of you no I do not or ever did work for them,,,,I just love the program.

They called this morn 9 am, Jan 26. Very pushy salesman named Ben. Kept asking how I was. I told him, "I don't want to tell you. I don't want you monitoring my life." He kept yakking. I said "What do you want?" aggressively and he finally got to the point. He was selling a "free" Life Monitor system for emergency alerts. I told him no, I wasn't interested. He persisted with his machine gun sales pitch and I interrupted yelling, "Do I have to use bad language for you to understand the meaning of the word NO?" He finally hung up. I returned a call to the number and got a prompt voice saying Press 1 if you want to be on our Do Not Call List. Stinkers. I'm already on the gov Do Not Call List.

The glories of capitalism. We humans are merely commodities in the free market system, targets for invasive and predatory marketing. And if we are artists, we are worth more dead than alive. And people think when we get old we are supposed to stop being mad about the world and people like Ben invading our bought and paid for private space. Where is the law to help protect us from such practices? The most support we have so far  are websites like this. And Congress is ready to give the President a "kill switch" for the internet.

This is a scam. The caller, usually with Indian accent, says you owe some outstanding dept, perhaps a payday loan, or whatever, and he/she will wipe your record clean for only $100.00, or someother amount. Just tell them to put you on the DO NOT SCAM LIST and hang up. They will likely call back numerous times just to hassle you, but the best way to combat this is don't answer their calls. Be advised they have the capability to make any number they want show up on your caller I.D., so don't be fooled if it says 911 is calling. As for keeping them from calling you again, I don't know of a way to do that just yet.

I am getting the same thing. This guy kept on calling my place of business yesterday 75 times. 5 times today alone. My human resource person talked to him and told him to stop calling that this is a business and this is harrassment. She also told him that if he continued she would contact our local police department. Well he said so what. He could call anytime he wanted to and no one could stop him. So she called the police and he took our statements and they are going to press charges for harrassment. Same number 213-799-1159. This is defintely as BIG SCAM and I hope to GOD that someone catches them and puts them in jail. He called me a thief and I would go to jail. He is the thief not me. I do not get payday loans. Interest is too high. The police officer told me to check out these posts. When I got home yesterday an Indian lady and I had a hugh argument for 10 mins and I asked her did she not know English or how the law really works in the USA. She could not answer me.

Supposedly the company name they were representing was LLC Law firm. I work in a legal department so I know this was a fraud when she fumbled her words.  They are all liars.

Yeah , they called me in Ma from  213-799-1159 a female with thick accent , says she was John Smith , a police offical . yEAH RIGHT . I told them not to call me and was not very pleasant about it  , told them to XX)&*%^&*%&*%&*%. Same scenario try to intimidate thru use of police .

This is a deep scam...same script..today they called 7 times and when they could not scam us..they called my reference people..my Dad and daughter...scared them but they refused to give them money..theaten to send us all to jail..kept i saying I was a male and I was a liar and theif that they would be here in the morning to arrest me..when I started to laugh ..he got upset and said you F##### americans ..you think so funny..well F** you and hung up...

I have been recieving calls. Its always a different number, then when I call back there's no answer and they'll call you back right away from another number. With some Indian guy stating he's officer Greg and there's a case pending because I have not paid back a cash advance that was sent to me which I've never applied for. He had all my banking and contact info which I would not verify with him. They keep threatening me with sending me court papers stating I would have to appear in court in NY. I said go ahead and send them and I keep hanging up. I can tell they're calling from a call center with all the noise in the background.

The last couple of months I have been going thru the same thing! Well they called my job! This is the most craziest scam!!! I never in my life borrow money from anyone! So please be aware! Everything I am reading I experience the same thing!! Same words and everything..

I keep getting these phone calls from 2`3-799-1159 at my place of employment.  It is very embarassinf for this to happen, everyone thinks that what these people are saying is the truth when it is not.  Who would hear tell of an Indian person with a very thick accent having an american name such as Patrick Thomas be legit.  Come on now, isn't there someone who can stop this stuff from happening to all of us!!!!!!
