Do NOT answer thses calls.  It's a scam and they will not stop with the phone calls and harrassment.  It got to a point where they were calling me 4 - 5 times a day.  They refuse to give me a specific name to the company they work for (only on behalf of __ or the dept. they supposedly work for).  You get no where with them and are absolutely infuriating.

I received a phone call from an Indian man as well saying his name was Thomas Wright.  The calls were non stop and I told him that I knew it was a scam and to stop calling.  He was relentless.  4-5 calls a day.  Then he started scrambling the # so that the incoming call was from an emergency 911 # so that I'd answer.  I asked to talk to his supervisor and he "trasnferred the call" to himself and changed his name but didn't try to disguise his voice at all (ridiculous). I finally started giving the phone to all my co-workers to take out any aggression they had out on him.  Finally stopped and a month later I got a call from the lady with the same exact message (grrrr).

I just received another (not the first) but this one was violent,  I called him a scammer from the middle east and he was a cheat,  he called me a M_____r F____r, and said that he would beat my a**,  I told him to come on to my house that I would be waiting for him,  then he said that he would just blow me away, I then told him to bring it on,  then he called me MF MF MF MF and then hung up, this is going to far,  I have called the local law enforcement and the local FBI,  they can do very little,  this is going to far,  what can we do??   I have even pin pointed a home (Google)  in the US that the call are suppose to be coming from,  but it is just used as a hub.  I then told

This is going to get fun. I started getting these phone calls yesterday but havent answered. But oh how the next call will be different. Thing about it is, I work on a boat offshore. I am anxious to hear how they are going to come and get me. Then I am just going to say bA tik a bawt ta bawt bawt until they hang up. I remember filling out an application that I thought was for a single company. Shortly after hitting submit It was like I applied to 15 different companys. If not succesful hacking of payday loan sites, maybe they have setup something to be part of the mass app.

I just received a call from the same guy stating his name was Mike Johnson he threatened to get me fired from my job and have the police come and pick me up in the morning. I have not received a cash advance loan first he told me 03/2010 when I called back he said 03/2011 then he gave me my DL # backwards when I told him that wasn't my DL # he started cussing me out. I called back several times and got hung up on. The funny thing about it is I have all my information for the past five years so they need to prove it..

I have to tell you that I love when they call me wirh a new number because I start calling them back using many different fictional names; my favorite to use is Scarlett O'Hara LOL
I tell them that my slurpee machine needs service or I insult their manhood.  I figure the longer they are on the phone with me, the less time they have to scam someone else, espcially the elderly who seem to fall victim to these scams more than anyone.

well I knew it was because every call I get I say there was no deposit so how could you say there was a loan? then they get mad and say we'll see you in court...

he claims to be Mike Hill. The 1st time I called back they hung up on me. The second time I called I said I was Tim Wilson and why are they calling me plus I did not appreciate them hanging up on me and the idiot handed the phone to someone else who said "Hi, I'm Tim Wilson. How can I help you.  They both had heavy Indian accents.  They somehow have my phone number for home and WORK- they have been calling there too.

Omgd. I have applied for loans. The Indian caller is calling my place of employment about a lawsuit. I do not have any lawsuits or owe any money to anyone. I have told them that I am forwarding there number to the head of security at my job. He started lauging. He left a number 619-367-2910. I told him if I had a lawsuit send it to my address. Since he has my work and cell number. What alternatives do I have for this situation? Please help.

they called me today and left me the same message. she said that her name is keisha and when i called back a man answered and they are from morgan and associates. i got a phone call from them previous then. i kept on calling them and start harrassing them too. today i have called them and start cursing him and told him to get a real job than scamming people. he got mad and told me not to call him anymore. some nerve. this idiots think that we have no way of finding who they are. hello scammers there is such thing as white pages and we can track them down. there is gotta be a way to stop this scammers. FTC or attorney general are not doing anything to stop this scammers.

I received that same message but mine was from a Keesha Simson. How in the world can a person get these ppl to stop calling. They call I tell them I have been in contact with the FBI and they don't call for a while but then after about a month they call right back a different person but same story.. Im getting fed up with it. thanks

I got him too!  He got me so fired up I kept calling the number back and finally got mad.  I blocked my number because he kept saying "don't call"  yeah gave himself away right there.  They harrassed me, but I got them better, maybe I should be a telemarketer.

They have your information from hacked Payday Loan sites, if you have ever applied for a Payday loan online, they probably have your social and all your personal information.  They're not hitting your bank account for a reason, they need permission.  Close your accounts and open new ones.

What a freakin' idiot.  These morons call me all the time with their threats.  I've reported them to the FTC, and Attorney General on numerous occasions but they spoof numbers, they're calling from some foreign country spoofing American numbers.  They must think we are all stupid.  Tell them what you think about their dumbasses next time they call you.  They really get worked up when you call them a "scam."

I received a call from a man claiming to be Mike Anderson for a law firm. He first left a voicemail stating he was Thomas Wright. I heard other outbound callers in the background and he suggested that he wanted to talk to my attorney about a lawsuit he was pursuing pertaining to fraudulent check charges on a cash advance. I have not received a cash advance and have not written any checks to cover such a situation. This is very strange as he has access to people's personal information including SSN's.
