wondering hoe to stop them?

We get calls from CRT 619-374-7768 Several times a day and there is no one on the other end of the call. Let me correct that, I can hear someone breathing so I know someone is there but they just seem to be verifying that our phone number is a live phone number. They never say anything and in about 10 seconds after we say, "Hello" they hang up.  Our number is registered on the "DO NOT CALL" registry and I am tired of people calling the number to verify it so they can sell it to telemarketers.

same story, calling with no answers,  we can put a man on the moon but can not stop a phone call.

same story, calling with no answers, short beeps, does anyone know how to get a hold of someone to stop them?

I got a phone call from this number this morning asking for a wrong person (Debra Adams? Barbara Adams?)

When I told him he had a wrong number he asked me two more times if she was here, then was rude when I pointed out for the third time that he had a wrong number.

I don't know who this company is but they need to change their tactics and listen to the people they call, hanging up when they get wrong numbers instead of continuing to ask for people not at that phone number.

I called the number back (with my cell phone) and their was a prompt to leave your number if you want to be placed on their no call list.  I did so so hopefully they will not call me anymore!

I received a call from this number on 05/05/10 at 6:31 p.m.  Did not answer it.  They did not leave a message.  HOWEVER, I am on the "Do Not Call" list and finding this number on Google makes me know they are in violation of that.  Please somebody, do something with these people.

I keep getting calls from this number everday!  The last time they left a threatening message.  "Why didn't I answer my phone, and if I didn't, they were going to come to my house and kick my a**"!!!!  It shows up NAD on the caller ID.   the only NAD  I know of is National Association Deaf   and I don't think they would do that.  When you call the number back, you hear a short beep, then nothing, and at the end, a woman says, "thank you for calling".  I am tired of this b***s***, and I am reporting it to the police department.

This number keeps calling me and they don't say anything. If you do not stop calling my number I will report you to the better business bureau. I would tell you to put me on the do not call list but no one ever talks!

You telemarketers ars scamming me.Stop it.

This is from a company called NAD trying to scam anyone that will listen about a car warrenty.  (I thought we put an end to these when they accidentally called Patrick Lehey on his cell phone).  Anyway, I told the guy what he was doing was illegal, I was going to report him and to take our number off their list.  The guy said that if I was going to report him why should he take my number off his list?  Ok, wanna play that way?  I bought myself a whistle and the next time they called I sent someone from NAD to the hearing loss store!

I encourage everyone else to follow in my footsteps, a whistle is under $10 at Target.
