got a call from 619-378-4014, then also received an automated message asking that I call 888-440-2949 for Verizon Wireless. Do not call number and give any personal info. since this may be a scam. Use main line.

Got a call last night. Automated message saying we owed Verizon $94. We've never had a bill that high and had just paid our bill so I knew it was a scam and hung up. Caller ID showed it was from a cell phone in Campo.

It was from Verizon Wireless. However, the person they were calling for was not me nor anyone I know. I am 99.9% sure that this a spam call. DO NOT GIVE ANY INFORMATION to this company. If you have a delinquient account with Verizon, call them directly, from your phone, do not settle your bill with this phone number... It is a landline in Campo, CA. NOT VERIZON !!!

I received and missed a call from the number... called it back it was a service call from Verizon about changes to my account (I can't confirm it because I am not the person on the account). Automated message.
