Person called and asked if my SDG&E bill is more than $100 a month and stated he can help us save on our bill due to a program for our  address.  It turns out to be he is selling SOLAR energy!!!

Multiple calls, no messages. When calling back, recording says line disconnected.

I received a call from this annoying phone number. No one was saying a word when I answered the call. I called it back, but this number is disconnected.

got the same call from this number again today. Get the disconnected number when I call back. I am get sick of them calling. I will call you if i want solar!

how wonderful that they called my fax machine and it only rings once so I hardly ever hear it....and you know what, it just screeches in their ear if they are on the line.

They've called me multiple times.  Say they're part of SDGE.  When I told the caller I'm on the do not call list he says they don't qualify because they're just giving me info about my home and that they won't ask for my credit card number (event though he then goes on to say he has a son that he needs to feed).  Total scammers.

They have called several times. I don't pick up. When I called it back a recorded message said "We're sorry, this number has been disconnected." I called back within the hour. The number is through Pacific Bell and is coming from Chula Vista. It could be one of those solar outfits, who knows? It's annoying nevertheless. We're unlisted, have been for years. So much for privacy!

Yes, as reported above, this is just a latecomer in the SOCIETY OF SOLAR SCAMMERS. These are contractors who could less if they are breaking any Federal Do Not Call laws -- they just want your money. NUMBER BLOCKED!!! Never hire ANY contractor who uses abusive telemarketing.

This is the latest number being used by an old solar energy telescammer. Solar telescammers are now an epidemic in CA. They imply they are with SDG&E but that is not the case. When you attempt to call this number back the recording says its out of service, that is usually proof positive you are dealing with scum.

We have been receiving calls daily from this number.  Normally I just let the answering machine pick up and there is never a message.  Today I picked up and dead air then click/hand up.   I called the number back 3 times and double checked to make sure I was dialing the correct number.  It says the phone number has been disconnected and to check the number and try again.  I just blocked the number.  

619 421 2521 time wasting dead air.

Called twice, didn't recognize number, left no message. I decided to block after reading these posts.

Got a call at 2:45pm. I did not answer. I checked it out on the internet and it was a spam call. Then I booked it on my new Panasonic phone that blocks unwanted calls.

Received a call from them at 3:23 PST today.  Answered, silence, said Hello again, silence, then a glitch and heard like a call center background for a millisecond and then they hung up.

supposedly from SDG&E telling me I qualify for discounts.  I cut him off and told him he had the wrong number when he gave me a wrong address for myself.

Got a call from 619-421-2521.  Someone in background said the name John.  Am reporting to the police.

I think they just check to see if a phone number is "live" and then sell it to telemarketers. That's just my opinion.

unsolicited local call, answered, no response from caller followed by a hang up at about 20 seconds after answer.  Only answered because I'm expecting a call from the same area code.

Just got a call from this number and no one was there.  We have been getting so many calls on solar energy, I wonder if it was a contractor.

Caller ID states Chula Vista Ca.
April 17 @ 832am. Left no Msg so I have blocked this number

Received call from this number at 11:14 am.  When I tried to call back I got a recording saying this number has been disconnected.

Received a war dialing call from this number today
