They called me.

I called from skype to another skype account.  It is set up to forward calls to my cell.  The forwarded call had this number on the cellphone's caller ID.  I attempted to call it back to see what exactly this number could be and all I got was a busy signal.

I have been receiving calls (they just hang up) from this number and I am located in San Diego. This number has a San Diego area code, even though on caller ID it reads "International Number", it apparently is not.

Calls often and hangs up but once a male voice rattled on a bunch of stuff in what sounded like a phoney language on the answering machine. A real nuisance. This is a San Diego area code, although the caller ID states "International Number".

I just received this call and when answered it sounded like a recording, in Spanish, from a man.  I hung up.  How can I report them?  They called my cell.

Same thing, they call at night and hang up once you answer. When you call back it's busy.

I've been getting calls at 8:00am every morning. I don't know who this is.

When you try to call back the line is busy.

I received the same call.  "Intl. Number" but when you answer the call it hangs up.  I have never been to Dollar Smart nor has anyone at my house.

For at least two weeks now I have had calls from this same number 619-456-6056. It reads International Number also. When I answer no one is there. I tried calling Cox but all they could do is offer me yet another service to add to my bill. I've never used a check cashing service so why would they call me?
