A guy with an indian accent keeps calling me from 5 different california numbers including this one asking about my loan application I filled out that I have never filled out. He wants me to send him a $150 cahiers check in excahnge for $1100 put in my bank account. LMAO UHH NO!! He knows my name, SSN, address and phone number?!?!! Who the hell is this guy!? How do I file a lawsuit against him?!

I keep getting this scam calls the past few years.  They have even called m relatives.

I had  something happen to  me ,he said he was going to take me to court for money I never seen . Money he said was deposit in my account ,when I said I can prove that the  money was not in my account ,he got angry.

The guy called and left a message telling me not to"disregard this message" and threatening legal action. I returned the call and some guy calling himself Alex tells me that I owe on a "payday loan". When I told him I have never taken out that type of loan he tells me that I'm still responsible for it. When I asked him where the loan originated, he said "Zellwood", that's the little bitty town I live in and there are no banks, check cashing businesses, or stores like that in it.I then told him to take a flying leap because he was trying to run some sort of scam, he started cussing me out and called back a half dozen times. I only wish I could reach through that phone and strangle his dumb a**.

I received a call from this number today! He said his name was Charles McDaniel...he was threatening me with a lawsuit...trying to tell me that he needs to hear from my Atty or else! He has repeatedly called me and called me...he is harassing me! I want him stopped!

Called my severely ill brother, rattling off a SS number, the first five (5) digits of which were incorrect, though last four (4) were his. They told him they were an attorney and head attorney, respectively and had a warrant out for his arrest for a $223.19 debt from a 'Check Cashing' business.  My brother has never had dealings with any such business, nor does he have any such debts.  But these louts repeatedly called, left messages and verbally abused him.
From a blocked number, I called and told them I was an assistant Attorney General from CA Department of Justice; that we had received numerous complaints re: this San Diego County, Sprint Spectrum cell phone number account; that  telephone scamming, theft and fraud were crimes pursuant to the CA Penal Code § 30, 186 , 484 et seq., and for tracing purposes, its blocking attempts were now irrelevant. Cease and desist.

Just got a call from the same guy, on my voice mail he stated his name is charles mcdaniel . He said I owe for a loan and charges with be press on me . what can we do about this ?

I keep receiving a phone call from this man telling me I have a charge against me. He keep calling saying he need my information.

This guy called my wife from 619-534-8203, and stated that she had a lawsuit on her hands. Was in a voicemail to call her back. Had my wife in tears. I tried calling phone back and keeps going to voicemail. I did a back trace on this number and found out it is a sprint pcs wireless number. Have reported this number to sprint as a scammer nothing they could really do about it.I will continue to call this guy until he gets the message to stop calling people and harrassing them over b***s***...

this c***sucker has been calling me for 3 days about 22 times. i called him back and left a message telling him hes a fraud and im calling the cops to report him. same thing as all the rest of the posts. what a loser

I received the same phone call as above.  The caller did not give me his name, but stated he was with Morgan and Associates law firm and that I had 3 pending criminal charges against me, and asked who my attny was.  When I asked what it was regarding, he did not answer me.  All he said was, "oh no one has contacted you?  That's awful.  Please call John Hudson at.." and then he gave the number.  He told me to call right now, which obviously I did not.  This guy has got to be stopped.  He had a heavy Indian accent and scary..he even had the last 4 of my social security number, which I did not confirm was correct when he asked me.  I hope he rots in hell for all the harassment that he's causing.

Received a phone call yesterday morning from an Indian man on my cell phone stating that myself or my attorney needed to call back regarding an urgent financial matter. I was provided 312.878.0171 to call back and the name attorney Carl Cooper to contact regarding any questions. This same person than called my place of employment and spoke with me directly and asked me for the name of my attorney because my social security had a lawsuit filed against it but he could not discuss the matter with me and I needed to call 312.878.0171 and contact attorney Carl Cooper to discuss the matter. I called the number given and it automatically disconnects each time. Later that afternoon, I received a second phone call on my cell phone from 770.370.0024 with a message from the same Indian man telling me the same information only this time he offered his own name as John Morgan and the number to call back as 770.370.0024. I tried calling this number and was informed that this number is disconnected and no longer in service. I than received a phone call and message this morning on my cell phone from John Morgan again only from 619.534.8203 advising me of the same information and that I should call back or else. I will be reporting all three numbers to the "do not call registry".

I got a call from John Hudson today looking for my brothet stating that he was a criminal investigator for The San Diego Sherriffs office and that he had 3 criminal charges pending against my brother. I adked him when they took place because my bro had never even been to San Diego. He started getting irrate. I asked him a couple more times and he finally answered within the last 8 months. I started laughing at him hysterically. He became more mad and said he was gonna file charges...i laughed even more telling him to do so. He asked why it was a laughing matter and I said because thats IMPOSSIBLE...my brother has been in Jail in Detroit for the last 1 1/2 year and a half on child support. He became angry and hung up....Lol...Hysterical

An Indian man tried calling me to get 400.00 from me telling me that I had a bad check that was never paid. It upset me and my boss. Lets stop this before he gets more than just a few people.

Just go the same kinda phone call saying that I have a lawsuit(s) out against me for my social. This is the 14th time they have called in 3 weeks. My lawyer said that if I knew of anyone else that is receiving the same types of phone calls to tell them to contact a lawyer for harrasment.

I just came into work today and had a message from Charles Daniels saying the same thing. I tried to call the number back and it just kept ringing and ringing and then it went to a voicemail for John Hudson. I just hung up. I was a little worried because of the message he left until I found this website. I feel much better now.

I hope you're right because he just called me this morning claiming the same thing. I refuse to call him back.

I am receiving the same type of calls.  They keep changing the number's, names and place I owe. They do have my information. And they do contact my work.  I have had an actual atttorney talk to them a couple of times...but the calls continue.  I figure if I get my number changed they will just contact me at work. So I let it go to voice mail, then I put it on the reject call list.  I don't owe they money and I am not paying it.  It is so annoying. I want to change my identity so that calls will stop.

this guy called and left a message for my wife, he has a strong Indian accent, asken my wife to return the call with an attorney. I had the police return the call and they will arrest him, charges will be filled against him and if he represents any company I will make sure they will be out of busines soon.

Omg... I just got a call from a john hudson, he told me he was pressing 3 charges against me from a loan i takin out 3 years ago on line... He told me they gone file a lawsuit against me n have chages filled... This man needs to b locked up forreal.

I received a call today from a man who called himself john hudson with a strong indian accent. He threatened me with a lawsuit & said police would arrest me if i didnt pay at least $400 by 1:00 pm. He said i wrote a hot check which i knew i hadnt done. He also called my place of employment 7 times. He called me 13 times. When i got home my wife looked up the number & saw it was a telemarketing scam. This guy should go to jail he upset me, my boss, my wife & apparently many other people. I hope he didnt get much money from too many unsuspecting people.

just recieved a call from this clown, thick accent, India I believe. The same thing happened to me a couple years back, I had a friend call them back ans state that he was my attorney, they put him on hold and never got back on the phone. When we attempted to call back later in the day they changed their number, what losers, I thought they just settled a lawsuit regarding these calls from India???

This is a scammer, who wants to get info and money.  It is some Indian guy that is a liar and apparently a thief.  Don't believe what he says about owing someone money. I wish I could press charges.

This Indian name John Hudson just called my fiance. He left a message and said good luck with my charges. SMH. He must have thought he was dealing with a fool. I called him back and he said the same as all the others above.  He said Mark Johnson was his paralegal.  I told him outright he was a liar. He hung up on me.  I called back and it is going straight to voicemail.  I left him a message and told him he needed to stop calling people and we all were gonna file a lawsuit against him.  I told him "Good Luck"!

Just received a call for my husband - wanting him or his attorney to call this number back - do not disregard this call it is very important that him or his attorney call today - very very thick indian accent
I blocked the number from both cellphones - said his name was Charlie Daniels - WOW I thought he was a country singer.....

Yes I got a call at work from this person today and I had asked them who they were and they repeated to call me 3 times while I was at work. Then they read off my social security number the last 4 and I said that you have everything there you read it to me and then he got mad and was like I can transfer you to my lawyer. So then my boss got on the phone and told them not to call again so we will see if that happens.

this person called me today saying that they were downloading the lawsuit to the sheriff's office in my county.. i said go ahead as scheduled... those people has to understand that we do research on thing that do not sound right.. i hope and pray that these two mag pies get what they deserve.....jail time
