There was a voicemail from a guy named Ben Martinez saying my name came up in an ongoing investigation by the DEA. Not sure how or why they have my number. But the DEA doesn't call to accuse you of a crime or be a witness to one. The either execute a warrant with the local sheriff office, or serve a subpoena via a court appointed officer. How stupid are people?

Samething just happened to me ,i called the local chief then googled it  and found this,he told  me my drug store was shut down,i told him walmart and cvs are still open.lmao

Got a call from Special Agent Ben Martinez from DEA stating I needed a Lawyer too!!!  That an Online Pharmacy had all my information and they were being busted and that I bought pain meds in 2007!!  PPpfftttt  scared the crap out of me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

yea-  i got the same weird call out of the blue on March 10, 2014.......   WTF

"David Justice"  that was hilarious.

Got a call from a David justice this morning stating he was with the DEA and that I needed to get lawyer cause there would be Marshall's coming to arrest me. I didn't believe him so I asked for his supervisor and he said why and I said I want to know this is real I'm not saying anything with out your creds. He became rude and told me to get a lawyer and he was sending Marshall's. I said ok send them an then told him my family always has a good lawyer on retainer and he said oh then hung up.
Don't give this guy any info if it's real the DEA won't call to give u a heads up. Ridiculous.
