The telescammers are all coming out of winter hibernation. Beware. Now its 3-4 calls per day. The only two defenses are don't answer if you dont recognize the CID and call block. The Do Not Call List has failed us all.

Now they have taken the term "solar" out of their robocall spam voicemail. Now it says "You qualify for a free energy inspection of your home by one of our qualified specialists." Same solar crap telemarketers. This is the 3rd call I got in 3 weeks, all to my unpublished cell phone #...each time the msg gets a bit more creative. Now I stuck them in my auto-block list, so good riddance.

Did not answer, robo-caller left a voice mail.
Telemarketer with "free energy survey" scam.
Entered another donotcall complaint.

Like others above report: It's just another robo-call for solar crap. NOT INTERESTED.

Left message on my answering machine. Says to push #1 if you are interested in solar whatever. 2 if not interested. Apparently pushing 2 doesn't get the job done. They keep leaving messages.

CID says "Coronado, CA". Robocall for solar energy crap, "we are giving away five free solar energy packages in your area". Solar telemarketing scams have become a disease out west. Hey, taxpayer funded FTC, do something about it.

Solar energy has become the vinyl siding of the 21st century. It's an industry filled with con artists, scammers, get-rich-quick idiots and boiler room telemarketers. Funny how certain fads and technology bring out the worst in humans.

Solar energy recorded scam.
| kkatt 2013-02-15 21:46:23 Unknown |
got a recorded message about some "solar energy" (blah blah blah) then they want you to press this button or that button or just press zero to be removed from their list. Sounds scammy I'm not pushing any buttons or responding in any way I'm just blocking it. Don't believe it when they say "you will be removed from their list if you press zero" either--you actually will be put on the "we got a live one here" list. If ever I am in the market for solar energy panels or anything else I sure as heck won't be buying them from some joker who cold calls me with a freaking pre-recorded message and a "win a prize" come-on.

It's another robot call solar energy scam offering free prizes to "...reintroduce themselves" to unwitting consumers. Don't be a sucker: STAY AWAY FROM ANY SOLAR TELEMARKETING CALL. Reputable contractors do not use robo dialers and hide their caller ID.
