They want to collect money or they say they will shut the water off.  Will not get a person to talk to, only a recording Otay water district,  I do not even have a contract with them.  Big scam.

These losers keep calling me and saying there gonna shut my water off. I don't give a duck. Don't care they should leave me alone if they call me again I will sue them.Honestly don't know who gave them my number.
