Don't know who this is or what they're selling---I don't answer ANYTHING if I don't know who it is. No message---judging by the other comments, they're taking surveys or trying to sell something.

If you go to donotcall.gov you will see that surveyors still have the right to call you.  It's best to answer and tell them to remove your number and never call again, otherwise they are not obligated to stop calling.  You are not protected from surveyors.  If they attempt to sell you something then you can report them.  

just got a called to an unlisted number asking specifically for me.  told me they were doing a survey on the part of LA County Dept of Health.  Wanted to know what county i was in...   hung up

These people calls my number 2 or 3 times a day but don't leave a message.

asked by my first name, which i dont use, when i said that person no longer uses this phone, they said they were calling from the LA public health dept and were calling for a brief survey... i hung up

If you have Verizon, you can go online and blocked there number

This number called my phone and when I answered they hung up. It was busy when I called back.

I never pick up but they've been calling once a day for the past few days. They never leave a message.

They have called me 3x so far, I refuse to answer or call back, looks like a scam from what I've read on internet.

Keep getting calls from this number - wanting me to take a survey.  I do not know this number and do not know how they got my number.

I want to report them as spam on a cell phone... i want off their calling list.  I have received over 5 calls, starting on 12-27-12 and just as recent as today, 1-11-13.  They have left a message (0nce) in spanish.  
maybe we should all start calling them at all hours of the day and night.

I received a call from this number and the voicemail was in Tagalog. I barely understand the language but her name what sounded like Flora-something, something do with the CA Public Utility Commission, wants to do a survey by phone, gave me a call back number which is the number the comes up but instead of 619 its 1877, and the time to call back.

I called them back, and an automated message came back saying that they are a research company in San Diego and that they are not asking for donations but that I was selected to participate in a survey and that they will be calling me back...

I had the phone to my two year old and tell him it's for him. I can't tell how much fun the person on the other end of the phone has but my kid seems to sure get a kick out of it.

I HAVE BEEN RECEIVING CALLLS FROM THE NUMBER LISTED ABOVE FOR SOME TIME NOW.   I NEVER ANSWER IT AS I BELIEVE IT IS A TELEMARKETEER.  THEY CALL EVERY WEEK DAY IN THE AFTERNOON.

ANY SUGGESTIONS AS TO HOW TO PUT A STOP TO THE CALLING.

I answered, after several missed calls, hoping they would stop calling. They are a survey company. I told them I was on the "Do NOT call list" and to remove me from their list. She said, "That doesn't apply to us, because we're not selling anything." I told her, "It applies now, because I'm telling you to remove me from your list. Goodbye and thank you", and I hung up. Idiots!!

Today called on cell phone, I missed the call.  Would not of answered anyway.
