Hi i got a call from this number try to call back and they told me they where from this usa cash something im guessing they have a caller id bexause when i said im returing a call they say my number i totell the guy i wanna spoke with who ever left the nasty messege on my phone and he hung up on me i being trying to call back and they disconect my call.

My mon just recived a call from (253)216-6983.from  number they had all her personal information. said she claimed she was in frad of her sis income and they were with the Goverment,and to call the 1-619 number and ask for Spott Nicales. (They all had an asian acent could not hardly understand them.)    The second call said they were from califorina name was Mr. spott nicales.  He theatend to hold her ssi over a det.  a third call from (1-503)457-1034 her over the same theat.  I call the third number to a recording of a tellamarketing system (1-503)457-1034) I then called the 619 number, said they were a world wide law firm out of Washington D.C. And that they had no Firm in Califorina.  and they work for the Goverment.  With all the electric tracking on phones, computers ect. why isn't the goverment and law inforcement getting people on these scams.  Elderly and others do get scared and will pay out money for what think is a legit settlement just to keep out of trouble.

Very disrespectful people saying the are a FEDERAL lawyer.  Scott McCallson also stated that i will be arrested if I dont send $378 payment.  I asked who the money was to be paid to and he got quite angry and told me if i didnt pay the amount i would be arrested.  I called the police dept and they informed me it was a scam.  But im confussed of why he asked for my lawyers information.

I have also been getting calls from this number. They told me I must have thought that I was being arrested was a joke and that I thought it was funny. I told the guy that I would be filing for harassment. He threatened to call my employer. I had recently applied for a payday loan which is why I am assuming this dbag is calling. He had a very thick Indian accent and you couldnt understand him at all

I just received a call from a man who said he was in the federal dept and i am going to be going to court, and i had a federal warrant, he read me my rights over the phone, and told me he was sending this case up to court, because I had a cash advance from someone who he would not tell me who, and I told him I never received any cash advances. I checked with my bank and any creditors and thank God no one in that dept is after me. After i told this guy who could hardly speak English I never had a cash advance, he hung  up on me. I contacted my federal probation officer who told me this is a scam. I hope the FBI is going to go after these people who are committing fraud by saying they are people from the federal attorney's office in California. What a bunch of liars. I have a few words for them, and it isn't Happy Birthday either.

I told this guy to he's a liar a scumbag and an a***ole. His response was a soft "f*** you a***ole" in an Indian accent. Then hung up. Haha.

Mr. Thomas Wright of "bogus" Scott Williams called me again this evening and left a message.  I returned his call. Another Indian picked up the phone.  When I proceeded to ask him what was the reason of Thomas Wright's call, he hung up on me.  I called back and demanded that I wanted to speak to the owner of the firm.  He then began using profanity and threatened to kill me tonight. He told me to leave my p,,,y open and that's how he was going to kill me. I told him that he was crazy and that he was terrorist that the FBI will soon get their hands on. I give him some a good word for thought and told him that I would file another complaint with the FTC and the FBI and hung up. I have also again informed the Sheriff"s office about the Scott "bogus" Williams/ Thomas Wright et friends law firm.  They are also using different phone numbers.

I keep getting harassing phone calls from this number and he has even gotten disrespectful with me. How do I find out about this place?

I also got a call from a "Thomas Wright" who had a heavy Indian acsent, refused to identify who he was with or why he was calling other than leaving threats legal action if i did not return his call immediately. I called back and another Indian person by the name of John answered call and refused to answer my questions.

I just got a call from this gentlemen who sounds like an indian from Asia claiming to be working at the Federal attorney corporation office, I believe in California??. First he called me Denise and then accused me for giving him a wrong name.  When said my name because I thought he was up to some good, he began telling me that I owe a lot a debts and the banks, the credit card companies were filing a suit against me.  He also stated an arrest warrant had been issued to the Loudoun County Sherriff"s office against me.  I called the Sheriff office and there was no indication or information regarding an arrest warrant on me. I tried calling him back several times.  When I got a hold of him, I told him that I was back and wanted to know his law firm's name.  He shouted "no,no,no, no" and said that I should not call back because I was harrassing him. What a clown! I am trying to call the FBI office right now.

Just received a phone call from this company also stating that I had an outstanding debt.  That a warrant for my arrest would be filed.  Asked who the original creditor was and he kept giving me the run around and wouldn't tell me.  He hung up on me a few times.  I also really couldn't understand him since he sound of a foreign decent...  Said his name was Charles McDaniels...

I got a called from this number today saying I was being sue and that the sheriff was their way to arrest me when I asked what this was about they rudely started screaming and hung up in my face. Scott Nickleson was the name.

I also applied for an online payday loan.  I figured that was how they got my information, wasn't sure until you just confirmed it. Thanks!

Are you apart of the scam? Why would you tell someone to pay somebody who they don't know and cannot verify the info????

I've been getting calls from this company for a few weeks now.  I finally answer and the guy tells me that I am delinquent on a debt and they were going to issue and arrest warrant.  He proceeded to tell me that the local sheriff's office would arrive at my house within 45 minutes.  I called back and spoke to a "senior attorney" who would not give me any information about the debt and refused to give his name.  He did tell me that he worked for Scott C. Williams.  I asked his name repeatedly, but he hung up on me!  I called back from a different area code a little later, and he told me his name was Kevin Peterson.  I then called the law firm of Scott C. Williams and was told they have no record of that person.  I have no idea how they have my personal information, but I'm a little worried!

same bs! i think its from applying online for a payday loan.  Did anyone else do the same dumb thing I did and apply for it online?  its crap.  been trying to call them back keeps going to voicemail and the number traces back to tmobile!  what law firm calls at 9 pm, refuses to tell you anything other than you're going to be arrested and doesnt answer when you call back?

I just got the same call from this idiot!  Try to call back goes straight to voice mail.  Not gone stress about it.

Again, I believe it is true harrassment and THEY should be sued. A real company would say  who they are etc... I'm going to contact the FBI and see what they can tell me.

Calls like these are like computer/web trolls. You may contact the FBI. Some of these companies/people should sit behind bars for a long time. This is true harrassment!

5-29-12  I called back to talk to  the person who called me. I spoke to someone who did not tell me who she was had a nasty attiutdue would not tell me the law firm name and hung up on me. called back to find out why do I need a attorney a man answer the we can settle out of court for $300.00 dollars I ask for what he said I had a pay loan I started to ask question about what loan and I dont believe I have one he began to tell me he was going to issue a warrant out. The person I found later by a voice mail name to be Paul Ryan his was the rudeist person and kept treating me. I can not find the name of this law firm.

I RECEIVED SOME CALLS FROM THE SAME NUMBER AND TOLD HIM TO SEND ME WRITTEN CORRESPONDENCE AFTER HE REFUSED TO PROVIDE HIS NAME OR THE NAME OF HIS COMPANY. SINCE I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO CONSUMER DEBT THAT I COULD BE BEING SUED FOR, I KNEW IT WAS A BOGUS CALL. HAS ANYONE RESEARCHED OR APPLIED FOR A PAYDAY LOAN RECENTLY? THAT IS THE ONLY THING THAT I COULD ATTRIBUTE THE HARRASSMENT TO. I LOOKED INTO GETTING ONE LAST MONTH, AND DECIDED AGAINST IT, BUT I HAVE HAD ALL KINDS OF HARRASSING AND BOTHERSOME PHONE CALLS AND EMAILS SINCE THEN. I EVEN HAD TO CHANGE MY ACCOUNTS BECAUSE TWO COMPANIES TOOK MONEY FROM ONE. I'M WONDERING IF THE CALL HAS SOMETHING TO DO WITH THAT. I JUST FILED A COMPLAINT ON THE FTC WEBSITE AND I SUGGEST WE ALL DO THE SAME

This same number 619-768-1976 called for me, told me he was calling "from the Legal Department" and wanted to speak to me because I was being sued. The funny thing is, I am an attorney, and as soon as I said this, he hung up.

I had a call didn't answer the Guy left a message claiming to be Jack Marshall and wares my lawyer info that if i did not call him back i was going to have a warrant issued and he also has my Ssn!!! Help wat do i do!! He even stated my employer? ?

Received a call today.  A man named "Charles Ryan" who was actually Indian stated I was going to be arrested within an hour at my place of employment and he needed my attorney's name.  He knew where I worked my SSN and everything.  I asked what I was going to be arrested for and he stated unpaid debts and that I had received four emails regarding this.  I told him I had not received any emails and that all my bills were paid.  He then stated to disregard the call and wait for notification.  This is obviously some type of scam.

ALSO WHEN I TRIED TO CALL THE NUMBER BACK, IT DOESN'T DO ANYTHING. JUST DEAD SILENCE.

THIS GUY CALLED ME AT WORK FOUR TIMES. FIRST THREE TIMES THE CALLER ID JUST SAID UNKNOWN CALLER, THEN THE FOURTH TIME IT SHOWED UP AS THE 619-768-1976 AND EL CAJON, CA. TOLD ME THERE WERE THREE ACCOUNTS AGAINST MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER ( WHICH HE KNEW) AND THAT IF I DIDN'T COOPERATE WITH HIM, I WOULD BE ARRESTED TOMORROW. WOULD NOT TELL ME WHAT THE ACCOUNTS WERE, JUST WANTED ME TO GIVE HIM MY INFORMATION. HE HAD A VERY HEAVY INDIAN ACCENT WHICH WAS HARD TO UNDERSTAND AND I HAD TO KEEP ASKING HIM TO REPEAT HIMSELF. TOLD ME THAT I BETTER NOT PLAY GAMES WITH HIM AND THAT I BETTER GIVE HIM THE INFORMATION HE WAS SEEKING. I JUST HUNG UP ON HIM AND WHEN HE CALLED THE LAST TIME, HE SAID HE WAS CALLING MY MANAGER ON ME FOR PLAYING GAMES AND WASTING HIS TIME.
