Call noted on my phone on July 30 at 8 PM. I'm in Maryland (so guess that, yes, this is spreading east). Caller ID was San Diego. Luckily I wasn't home, as I have relatives there and probably would have answered. SOOO glad to have this 800 calls site for info on these increasing and annoying calls. And yes, I'm on the Do Not Cal registry.

After blocking one number, my phone was mostly quiet for several days. Now this new number comes up today at 601 pm. Hung up before my machine's message finished. I tried to block it but my provider's stupid blocking service wouldn't let me.

They called me today and my Caller ID shows "Cellular Call". I know that area code 619 is in San Diego, CA. I picked up and hung up. Not even interested. They'll call again...they always do!

Another call to Colorado. I thought being on the no call list meant they weren't supposed to call you. I think they use the list as a guide of who to call since nothing ever happens to them. We need to start holding our legislators accountable to these calls because they take the money from the companies and then pass laws that allow them to bother us. We have the majority of votes. If we all registered to vote and voted out every Republican and Democrat we could change things.
