This jerk keeps calling me, but when I answer there are two clicks then nothing. I owe no one so why are they calling me. If I did owe, wouldn't they stay on the line to talk to me. Real hassle. Caller ID shows: 619-786-2040 LOCAL OFFICE. 619 is not local to me.

This number showed up on my CALLER ID ... with the words LOCAL OFFICE.
It is a so-called COLLECTION AGENCY ... I owe no one therefore when I called & was put on hold it was then announced it was a COLLECTION AGENCY - I hung up.
