I live in toronto, Toronto area codes are 416 and 905. since its 619 is not, i did not pickup.

This is coming to my cell phone and I ignore it when it calls....no message is left.

I too received a call from this number tonight, at 6:18pm in Vancouver

missed call, checked here to find number, mine is a brand new toronto based cell phone, no one has this number yet... obviously a spammer or something.

Received a call on my cell phone from this number at 14:39.  An automated message told me to press 1 to claim my prize.  I didn't press any numbers, then the call cut off after about 15 seconds.

If you google 619 area code it comes up as a California area code which is odd because most people who recieved this call live in Canada

Got a call from this number got really confused because I had not idea what area code it was if anyone has called it back please tell me what happens

Got a call in my cell phone @ 2:55 PM today (Feb 16, 2009)

Hung up right after an automated voice said "Congratulations!"

Those calls are from telemarketers trying to sell pharmacy drugs

Got a call from this number at 4 in the afternoon.  I didn't answer it right away but I think it only rang twice.  I'm also in Toronto, Canada.  Maybe it's a scam?  I'm a little concered to see so many postings on this site for this number.

I just got this call too.  Again a "Congratulations press 1 to receive your prise."  My cell phone is with Rogers.  If they have released my phone number to third parties I'll be extremely mad.

I just got a call on my cell from the same number no message....when I called it back it was just hold music for like 5 minutes, then I hung up!!

Missed call from this number at 2:50PM on cell. Did not answer.No massage

received call 5:00pm on a cell number that only two people know of (in case of emergencies) and stupidly answered thinking it was my wife.  I hung up with less than a second on the call as my brain registered that it was not a local call. (am located in BC Canada)

Got call at 10:26 am... no message.  I am in Vancouver, Canada, but used to live in San Diego.  I recognized 619 as SD prefix, so initially thought this could be an old friend or business associate.

Judging from this thread, it appears its telemarketing scum.

Very annoyed.

Do not press numbers... some calls similar to these type use your number to make L/D calls.  Never enter selections when you don't know the number.  Not saying this number does that... but it does happen.  Be careful

I called back this number and there's a representative answered my call. She asked me to give me my credit card number to get the price! wtf~!

and it called earlier this morning at 10:00am
but i didn't answer because i didn't recognize it/its longdistance

I just got one too. Asked me to press 1 for a special promotion I won. Someone told me that cdn cell phone directories were just released to telemarketers.
Make sure to add your cell phone number to the DNC registry (it will take 30 days to get in)

Recieved a call from 1-925-400-4525 at 1:30 pm on Tuesday December 2, 2008, saying my number was selected for a promotional gift and to select a number.  I did not respond.  The area code is listed for California.
