Call and hang up.  Returned the call and is ATT Call Center.  I am on no call list

Telemarketing call from AT&T.  I recently transferred my mother's AT&T landline to Magicjack, so we could keep the number and receive messages, now that she has moved to a SNF.  The agent said she was in Texas.  She inquired about home television or internet services.  When I told her that we had neither, she quickly disconnected.

It was ATT, I called them back.
I switched over to Astound Cable to get my Phone, Intenet, and Cable.
ATT wanted me to switch back.

Calls everyday and hangs up. The number will not let you call back.

They've been calling for a week now.  Caller ID shows only San Diego CA.

Today, I finally decided to apply my favorite routine:

Pick up the call--but do not make any sound or noise of any kind.  Eventually, the caller will begin to say "hello, hello?"  This might take up to a minute or two.  Be patient.

Then, either hang up on them, or give them a popular two word greeting.  Since these guys have been calling for a week now (and may actually be AT&T), I chose the two word greeting.

They've been calling for about a week now.  No caller ID--just San Diego, CA.  So, today, I finally applied my favorite strategy:

Since they've been calling for a full week, I decided to use the greeting.

I don't think this is the Blood Bank.. which wouldn't be a problem for me (I just donated platelets today).  I was just surprised that they stayed on the line until my answering machine picked up, 6 rings.  Most of the hang ups are after 2 rings or less.

Got a call at 12:33pm, then at 8:40pm from this number, the Caller ID lists it as "AT&T SVC CTR".  Call left no message on the answering machine. Am on the DoNotCall List.
I thought you can't call that late???

Have been getting calls, no messages left.  The one time I answered there was no one on the line.  If you call this number it gives 3 options, speak to a rep, have a rep call or be put on do-not-call list.  I picked speak to a rep, got "please wait for a representative" and then silence.  A long silence.

Also getting calls from this number with caller ID listing AT&T SVC CTR. They do not leave a message. I do not have any AT&T services and am on the do not call list so they do not have the right to call me.

At&T service center.  We do not use att - it is sales and they are relentless.

This call was from the "San Diego Blood Bank." No idea why they would be calling my number as I have zero ties to San Diego or blood donation.
